I can see that we have been replying to you last week and that you've requested collection for the faulty item. Your last email to us came through at 21:05 on Saturday. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a reply to support tickets/emails on weekends (as mentioned on the About Us section of our website), as we aren't a 24/7 retailer. One of the few places i could find who…
One of the few places i could find who had a dell g7-7790 "palmrest with backlit nordic keyboard" in stock to replace my own who i spill a softdrink on.
Speedy delivery despite having to pass customs and it worked perfectly (replaced it an before writing this) :D .

I have ordered a palm rest for my XPS 13 9380 and the one I have received is a refurbished one with all the holes on it for screws have no threads for those screws to be tightened. Terrible experience with them. I am amazed that if there was any eye inspection or quality control on the items they send, it would be very obvious that all the screw holes have no threads inside them. Won't order from them again unless they have fixed this horrible mistake. They just wasted my time and money (2 weeks waiting for the order to arrive and the order cost + customs)

I see that you only reached out to us yesterday and therefore we haven't had a chance to rectify the problem yet. We get our stock directly from Dell and, although we do check them rigorously, we receive literally thousands at a time so it is possible that a damaged one could have slipped through (as an example, we took receipt of 240 boxes of palmrests & keyboards just yesterday, with each keyboard box containing 100 units). Any that are identified as damaged are removed before being put on sale but we're only human, and mistakes happen.
As my colleague mentioned yesterday afternoon, we've never had anyone raise this as an issue in twenty years of buying Dell stock, so it's extremely uncommon. Due to the high volume of items, it would be unfeasible for us to peer into every single screw hole of every palmrest. If we did that, we'd never have the time to put them on sale.
I see that you sent images of the problem to us this morning. Also that you have already been offered a return or refund. If you let us know how you'd like to proceed, we'll get it sorted.
Hopefully then you'll be kind enough to revise your review, based on how we help you.

Excellent service
I ordered a refurbished Razer Blade 15 (mid 2019 base model). I was looking into buying a newer model
at first but found the refurb on the NDC website. I was quite skeptical at but £650 was too good of a bargain. The Laptop arrived the next day and came with original packaging and hardware. The laptop itself looks brand new. I fired it up and factory reset the PC and it works like a dream. Honestly very happy with this purchase and i will definitely be using these guys again. Easy 5 stars.
