Terrible Support
We operate in the e-commerce and information technology sectors. We sell on Amazon stores in various countries. We purchased products from this company's website to ship to Amazon warehouses. However, we need an invoice or receipt to ship the product to Amazon. We cannot download any invoice or document from the site. It's unbelievable, but we can't access the documentation for a product we paid for. Despite sending numerous emails, they haven't sent us the documents and don't even respond to emails. We requested a refund, but they didn't even do that. I have never worked with such a company in my life. It's terrible.

Unfortunately, invoices on our system can only be generated once an order has been dispatched. We understand how frustrating this may be, particularly when shipping to Amazon fulfilment centres, however this is currently a system limitation rather than a refusal to provide documentation.

my preorder was revoked as i was…
my preorder was revoked as i was waiting for a item to arrive at there warehouse so i did not want to place my preorder in as it was to small . So i waited for the day the item had arrived at there warehouse and the morning it did all my other items had been revoked . I was not given the 12 pm night time time frame as it was the same day they just cut me of so i now shop else where
