Nautilus Yachting Omdömen 

Fabulous customer service, helpful and friendly staff. We have used Nautilus twice now and are very satisfied customers.

This is the 3rd time we have booked with Nautilus and each time they have been excellent. Very quick to respond to all queries and helpful too.

Very nice yacht. However:

For a 2 week cruise we were only issued with one set of 2 towels each. Should have been 4 in our view. After all we were issued with 2 sets of sheets, pillow cases.

Upon arrival at Athens airport there was no transfer for us to the marina. We had to phone the flotilla leader to tell him. It transpired that our names had been left off the list for transfer!

The flotilla leader was not helpful on a few occasions. He should be more proactive, particularly when crossed anchor chains were trying to be unravelled. It is no use shouting instructions from the harbour wall.

We were told that there were no supermarket s open on our first day (a Sunday) however, one of the other flotilla members found one close to the marina.

A few other minor niggles.

Overall an excellent holiday.

I have been shocked by the poor level of service and response to a negative charter experience. I chartered a large (54 foot) luxury yacht in Greece, and arrived to find the yacht without working instruments (try entering heavily silted ports in Greece without knowing your depth!) and many other broken appliances, etc. We had a fine week, but had to make do with no instruments, no oven, limited electricity, and a broken dinghy. Upon reporting the issues to Nautilus, I received limited responses as to what had gone wrong and an offer for 300 pounds back (a fairly insulting 7% refund). Needless to say we'll be going back to Sunsail from now on.

last year was the first time we had been on a sailing holiday, so we have some concerns as to how this would go. My three children (9,13 & 15) plus my wife (age with held) had a great time sunbathing, swimming, jumping off the boat, eating, drinking etc... while I worried about which direction we should be going.

The staff were very helpful and really helped to make the overall experience unforgettable. So much so that we are doing it all over again this year.

As a client over many years I highly recommend Nautilus Yachting as a charter company. Highly efficient but retaining the personal touch and prompt resolution to our queries.
I will comment at the completion of our bareboat charter to Volos on our experience with .the charter company "Sail Aegean".

Very help full

Haven't yet been on the holiday but the whole booking process has been easy. Any queries we had and any special requests we made were handled without any fuss. In fact, that would summarise our dealings to date - no fuss or drama, just how you want it to be.

Helpful staff, clear and accurate information nothing to be critical of really.

It’s really quite simple. There isn’t anyone better. I’ve booked via Nautilus for many years. Initially yI shopped around but they were always the best on price. There customers service is the standard by which all should be judged. As I say it’s simple. There’s no need to go anywhere else and I don’t. Nautilus every time.

As always, a perfectly organised trip by Nautilus. Excellent yacht and charter personal at the marina.

Our agent Louise and the team have been very helpful. I think the website could perhaps have more information (gallery particularly). Our booking was not made via it.

The information we received for our holiday has been very good so far and the base appears to have all prepared for us.

Really looking forward to our flotilla and comparing to Sunsail.

Update after our holiday:

Great holiday, really enjoyable and the lead crew (Ross and Hanna) were excellent!

The boat provided was good, although had a couple of niggles which could have been fixed.

We had a great time.
