It took nearly 2 weeks from my order to be received. The tracking showed it stuck in Amsterdam forever. When I finally received it today, one of the two canisters I ordered was broken open, and the contents completely spilled out. It was literally pouring out of the box when it arrived. There was no cushion in the packaging to protect the product. It’s also really challenging to communicate with the company.

I placed and paid for an order with Naturitas on April 9, 2026 (Order #10000281095). The estimated delivery window ended on May 11, 2026, and unfortunately, I have not received my items yet.

In total good faith, I spent time communicating with the company and strictly following their guidance.

However, after discovering their low rating on this platform, it has become apparent that non-delivery and severe delays are a common systemic issue here. I realize now that the instructions provided were simply consuming precious time instead of resolving the core problem.

As a regular online shopper, I found this a vital reminder of how crucial it is to check independent reviews beforehand to avoid unprofessional services, especially since these products are widely available on alternative, more reliable digital platforms.

For the record and the company's review: I completed my full due diligence and opened a formal inquiry with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP Case #260520-8872956). CBP officially responded in writing confirming that the package cleared customs on April 21, 2026, and was handed back to the domestic carrier, USPS. I have also opened a Missing Mail Search with USPS (ID: MRC 26 2539 6773), which confirmed a delivery exception. Since I have fully completed the necessary paperwork with the authorities and the delivery failed through no fault of my own, I am requesting Naturitas to review this clear track record and immediately issue a full refund or a shipment replacement. Thank you.

I ordered organic corn nuts because they are impossible to find in the U.S. I spent $80.00 for the product plus shipping. By the time I received the corn nuts ( and
there were ALOT OF THEM) they were all going to expire within one month. There's no way i can eat them within that time frame. Seems like they just wanted to dump old product on me. And they did. And i have no recourse. To me, it was like throwing $ away to take a chance on this site. Live and learn. Maybe they are just mad at Americans. And I WOULDNT BLAME THEM!!!!

I ordered organic soy curls summer of 2025, it’s not the end of January 2026 and I keep getting the runaround , last fall it was stuck in customs , now saying I need to call customs . HORRIBLE company! Won’t refund my money. I’ll be reporting to BBB as well as everyone social media outlet saying DO NOT ORDER from this company . Waiting over 6 months for an order that showed weeks era and still not getting a refund.

Never received my order despite months of assurances that it was on its way.

I ordered some formula beginning of September, for more than 400 dollars. It is December 14 and I still have not received anything from Naturitas. I have written several messages and did not get any answer. Avoid this website!!!!!

80+ days no package. Scam

I ordered 14 units of A. Vogel Molkosan 500ml. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that 2 bottles were broken during transit, causing significant liquid leakage.

The leaked liquid not only resulted in the direct loss of these 2 bottles but, more importantly, it soaked and contaminated the paper outer packaging boxes of the remaining 12 bottles. Consequently, these outer boxes became stained, damp, and damaged, completely destroying their original retail value.

As a buyer who intended to resell these items, the condition of the outer packaging is crucial. Because the packaging of these 12 bottles was severely contaminated and damaged, they are now unsellable.

The seller has only refunded the cost for the 2 broken bottles. This completely disregards the fact that the remaining 12 items have also been rendered commercially worthless due to the damage sustained during shipping. The entire order has been substantially impacted by this transit damage.

Given this situation, I request a full refund for the entire order. I have already provided photographic evidence of the damage to the seller (which I can provide here as well) and I am willing to return all the items if required (although most of the packaging is ruined and unusable).

This is a legit company, but Unfortunately Naturitas doesn't package their products well for international shipping. In my last 3 orders in the past 7 months, each order has had damaged items due to poor packaging. It's a shame, because they carry good products at decent prices, but it's too stressful. The customer service takes weeks to respond- if at all.

Purchased peanut butter - pricing on product is fair but extremely expensive shipping. 2 out of 3 of my jars came leaking and with oil/peanut butter all over the package/safety seals broken. I've contacted the company numerous times with pictures, etc, and have received no response. Do not shop with this company because you will likely not get the quality of product you're expecting and then you'll have no means of getting a refund or even talking to a customer support person.

I ordered some products from this shop which have never been even sent to me! Their tracker showed the products didn't leave the country of their origin. I wrote to the support and informed them about the problem. Since then, they started ignoring me. When I finally managed to reach them, I was asked to print out a special form, sign it IN A SPETIAL WAY in ink (!) and send it back to them. When I did that and asked for a refund, they seemed to have blocked me and stopped answering my letters. I managed to get my money back only with the help of my bank. I think the shop is not a real shop it looks like a scam to steal money. Please, read comments on them on the Internet before buying anything from them. If you are in Spain, where I believe their headquarters, a report to the police would be the best decision.
