I have purchased numerous essential oils from this company. Every oil has had IFRA's, COA's, EU Declarations, MSDS reports, and TDS's. And these are not fake reports. There is no way this company could continue sell internationally with fake reports, especially in the EU. Every essential oil that I have purchased has been amazing. Maybe the people purchasing that have such "bad" experiences don't really know what a good oil smells like.

This is a scam. This company is worse than adulterated, They are sending some completely artificial fragrance oils that Make me very physically ill, I regret even opening them to smell them.

The thing they sold as yuzu oil smells like Pine-Sol.
The Rose absolute smells like artificial rose fragrance and nothing like a true absolute.

It only gets worse from there. The one that made me sick was supposed to be vetiver and I couldn't even detect even the smallest hint of real vetiver anywhere in there. It smells like poor quality gas station incense, burnt peanuts and motor oil.

I'm grateful I used PayPal and was able to easily open a dispute and will be able to get a refund.

I hope this company goes out of business soon, they are hurting people.

Unfortunately, I trusted the store because of the deceptive positive reviews and made a small purchase, only to be shocked to discover that the oils are adulterated. My Lord will take revenge on them; their money, their health, and their products will be ruined

Completely fake company, they say they are in the US but they are actually in India. I contacted them straight after I purchased to cancel and refund when I realised the amount was in US not AUD, they said they would refund then sent another email to say they were cancelling my cancellation and proceeding to send, I then saw a FedX tracking and contacted FedX to stop the order and return to sender. I’ve also contacted my bank I hope so much that they can charge back this order because I paid $193.68AU. Reading other reviews about how people receiving them and they smell like chemicals and are not essential oils from professionals has been very upsetting and how many others had the same realisation that the company claims to be in US but is in India. If it’s too good to be true, it is.

Please don’t fall for the scam, as others have said the 5 star reviews on these reviews are fake.

I purchased the hyssop essential oil, they say is from Spain and FedX told me it’s coming from India. And they have no actual company in US.

This company is selling fake essential oils online, and claims the products have been tested via GC/MS but do not provide proof nor do they respond to emails or calls, note the 800# on their site rings fast busy and I tried at least 10 times on different days. They have a New York address and one assumes they are shipping from there, but the oils came from Delhi India - after opening the bottle a strong industrial smell, perfumery smell was experienced and I got immediately nauseous. I did not try using the products, one is a Hydrosol the other Rose Otto and clearly both are not authentic, I would not test on my skin you, again one whiff and its clears they are not authentic. After this experience I tried calling again the company to seek a refund again the line rings fast busy, I emailed also. As of today I have filed reports to the FDA and the FTC for fraud.

I have been using NatureInBottle for 3 years approx and have found there products to be very good quality and George is very nice to deal with and gets back quickly with a question. I can't for the life of me understand the negative review's unless it's a competior pretending to be a customer,trust me this company is the best at everything including prices,wide range of product's,postage and communication and believe me i am very fussy.Andrea from New Zealand

They are obviously fake essential oils ....they are everything but natural....you can not even write a review on their website!!!....and they are not helful at all.....the essential oils are 100% chemical....i do not suggest it for delicate works at all.

I ordered plum kernel oil from Nature in the Bottle expecting a high-quality, authentic product. Instead, what I received smells exactly like cheap cooking canola oil and has zero resemblance to the genuine plum kernel oils I have purchased from other reputable suppliers.
The scent, texture, and overall quality were completely off from what I’m used to working with in skincare formulations. This raises serious concerns about authenticity.
If you value your formulations, money, and time, I strongly advise staying away from this company. There are many reputable suppliers that provide oils with proper aroma, texture, and transparency.

Inconsistent quality. You must know your oils and insist on using the return policy or you could be stuck with adulterated, dangerously toxic product. Bulk high-volume customers of high-value product get better quality but not necessarily. Caveat emptor.

I did buy this Arganoil, and it has never been near Argan Oil. I import from Morocco, and I know what the right one is. Don't put your money on them - they have all the info about Argan and other products - they ship fast, and the packing looks good. BUT BUT - it's all fake.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with NatureInBottle. As a paying customer, I placed an order with them in good faith, only to receive a product that was significantly underfilled. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to provide high-quality, premium natural products.

When I reached out to address the issue, I expected fair and professional customer service. Unfortunately, what followed was an ongoing dispute where NatureInBottle refused to take accountability for the error and failed to resolve the situation. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a replacement or refund, they have made this process unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

It’s disheartening to deal with a company that does not prioritize integrity, quality assurance, or customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful when ordering from NatureInBottle, as the product you receive may not match what you paid for — and you may face challenges getting fair treatment if issues arise.

I sincerely hope they improve their business practices and treat future customers with the honesty and respect they deserve.

This is a SCAM people 100%. All rare positive reviews u ll ever meet are fake. They are in india and pretend to send u food grade pure essentials oils which in reality are filled with alcohol and possibly deady substances. I did the mistake not to check here first and I had to pay very very expensive. This mistake also by the Tax that FedEx charge me and also the return I had to make I’m now officially getting all the way to sue them and locate them and I’m gonna help you to do the same so here so what you need to do if you ever get in trouble or get scammed by them and you didn’t read our reviews here.
ACTIONS TO TAKE:

1. Report the website to Google Safe Browsing
Search for “Google Safe Browsing Report Phishing” and use the first official Google page to submit their site. This helps get it blocked in browsers.

2. Report to GoDaddy (their registrar and likely host)
Search: “GoDaddy Abuse Report” and file a scam/phishing complaint against natureinbottle.com.

3. Report them to India’s Cybercrime Portal
Search: “Cybercrime India report” – it’s the official government site. Report them under online shopping fraud.

4. Contact your bank or PayPal and ask for a chargeback
Mention it’s a fraudulent seller. Most banks will reverse the transaction if you act quickly.

5. Spread the word on Reddit, Twitter, ScamAdviser, and forums
The more people expose them, the faster they get flagged or removed.

This company is fake, dishonest, and dangerous. Help others by reporting and exposing them.

DONT STAY SILENT! DO NOT LET OTHERS BE SCAMMED PLS. it can cost them their lives.

Expensive oils are adulterated with cheaper ones. I sent a meadowfoam oil for lab analysis and results showed that meadowfoam oil contains peanuts, sesame and mustard fatty acids. Not even 50 % of meadowfoam fatty acids. Actual CoA is very different from NIB CoA.

It is illegal to sell fake products

I placed an order for what I thought was genuine Frankincense Sacra essential oil, Before reading the reviews. I contacted them to cancel the order but never heard back. DAYS later I received an email that my order had shipped! When the package arrived I checked out the oil but had trouble opening the bottle. Much to my dismay I struggled so much to open it that the "essential oil" spilled. Now my entire house smells of what is supposed to be Frankincense Sacra but smells nothing like the Frankincense Sacra I purchased elsewhere (and know it is pure). All I can say is "Buyer Beware" with this company.

Thank you for all reviews. I was looking for a rare oil and came across this company. Was about to put an order and then decided to look at other oils and there is no way real absolute oils would cost that little. Their Bulgarian rose oil which costs hundred of dollars is $50 Canadian dollars for 50 ml. This is one of the most expensive oils in the market! Reputable wholesale would not sell even 5 ml for that price for Bulgarian rose. Stay away from the site , do not fall for prices.

Obviously fake perfume oils. In Denmark where I mainly work there are at least 3 sites selling natureinbottle’s products: just-be.dk, ravenheart.dk and heartofdreams.dk. It’s beyond me how amateurs are allowed to sell chemicals at all like fragrance oils and essential oils.

Was sent some horrible water that smells like indian spices, definitely NOPT cucumber

SCAM COMPANY. I bought prickly pear oil which was absolutely not prickly pear oil.It was rancid and sticky. Ughhhhhhh!!! How do websites like this still exist when SO many people are saying the same thing?!?!?!!
