Having used them for years disappointed…
Having used them for years disappointed in the state of delivered goods. Last couple of orders have been thrown in the box…. Packs broken and blood leaked out. Looking at better alternatives now.

Wont eat anything else…
Fergus has been on Natural instinct since he was weaned both with the breeder then with me flavours came snd went and he decided Duck and Chicken was the one for him. Always great quality and always an empty bowl. Safe to say he is thriving on it.

Please can you change your packaging as it arrives with a lot of them split and then leak everywhere when defrosting it is NOT good and seems to be happening more & more.

My dog loves the food and I was pleased with the delivery. The only problem was that the boxes are a brittle plastic and a number of them were broken.

Happy with my ordering of Natural Instinct raw food.
Was informed when it was going to arrive but the courier missed the time slot and then said it was not going to arrive for 2 days!!
Puppy loves the food so I will keep her on it for now.

Terrible customer service from the lady I spoke to asking when our order was being delivered and complaining about your new delivery system - her attitude & approach was awful for somebody speaking to a paying customer - she should be dismissed!

Every carton was smashed
Every carton was smashed. Bits of plastic everywhere and all in the food. I know the packaging is being changed so hopefully that will solve this next time. Currently liaising with support
