Title: Wrong Order Sent Twice and Shockingly Unprofessional Customer Service

My experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling. They dispatched the wrong order to the wrong people not once, but twice. After repeated mistakes on their side, I was only told afterwards that delivery would take 3–4 days — something I was not aware of when I made the order. To my detriment, I needed these parts for the weekend. Because of these errors and delays, I had no choice but to cancel the order.

What happened next was unbelievable. Their customer service advisor/manager, Matt, became rude and confrontational the moment I explained why I needed to cancel. Instead of acknowledging the company’s mistakes, he accused me of being rude to his member of staff. He then told me I “need to look in a mirror,” which is an outrageous and deeply unprofessional thing to say to a customer. When I ended the call due to his behaviour, he called me back only to call me “childish.”

This level of disrespect is unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to like this, especially after the company has made multiple errors. Sure, I was angry — I received a part that I did not need and that was meant for someone else. I made that point, but they didn’t seem bothered. They just tried to say “we all make mistakes.” Yes, we do — I made one too — but there is absolutely no way I will ever accept being told to look at myself in the mirror by anyone. The fact that they behaved like that made me even more angry, and on top of that, there is no way I will ever order anything from them again.

Poor communication, repeated mistakes, and shockingly unprofessional behaviour from staff — I strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order.

As with many things in life, you don’t discover the quality of service until there is an issue. In my case, they went out of their way to resolve a small issue and that is worth everything to me. Thoroughly recommend!

Sadly we reviewed previously with 5 stars but sadly as soon as we have raised a complaint about a product your just met with zero customer service. Just like they aren't bothered neither are we. Plenty of other companies offering the exact same products so we will spend elsewhere.

Placed an order online. They messed up the delivery and it was actually delivered somewhere else. Customer Service was useless in helping track down the missing parcel. Months later, still never got my parcel.
