Naaptol is a fraudulent site. No customer service and they are ripping people off

Poor service, not committed asper advertisement .

Pathetic!! They shows something and send something.. Completely fraudulent.

All your products are fake. Yesterday i got delivered a vehicle polishing solution. Its just water. Nothing else. I request the customers not to buy anything from Naptol. Its not first time. Its my second time experience. First i have ordered a gimble from them i got a fake table speaker. So please don't buy any thing from Naptol

Customer service just does NOT care. They ask me a question and then start all over again. Instead of inquiring patiently they straight up deny my problems.

The quality of stuff they have online is quite bad. If you order stuff and it didn’t meet your expectations even if it’s unopened literally even after moments they hand it over to you have zero return policy. Customer service is unprofessional and horrendous to say the least. It’s quite literally a scam

Customer support should be more responsive and helpful. Timely updates, easy return or replacement processes, and clear communication are very important for a good shopping experience. Improving these areas will help build better relationships with customers and increase confidence in the brand.
I hope the company will take this feedback seriously and work on improving product quality, service standards, and customer care. With better quality control and stronger support, the company can provide a much better experience and maintain customer trust in the future.

The product was urgently needed, but Naaptol delayed delivery by 4 days, so it couldn’t be tried on time as the person had to leave. When finally checked, it was the wrong item (left leg instead of right). Customer care refused an exchange despite the delay being their fault. This was our first and worst experience with Naaptol. I would not recommend ordering from here and suggest choosing Amazon instead.

I purchased a Roti and Chapati Maker. Upon receipt, the actual size of the chapati maker was significantly smaller than what was advertised on the website, warranting a return.

📞 Customer Service Failure

Three days after receiving the item(with a weekend intervening), I contacted customer care to initiate the return. The experience was appalling:

The representative refused to listen to my issue regarding the size discrepancy.

She repeatedly and incorrectly insisted the product was "out of warranty."

She then abruptly disconnected the call.

This level of service is utterly unacceptable. A business cannot thrive without respecting its customers. The customer service team demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and basic communication skills.

I unequivocally do not recommend this third-rate e-commerce store. Potential customers should be warned about the misleading product descriptions and the company's appalling support practices

They initially called and provided only minimal information about the item but did so in an impressive manner. However, they later sent the wrong item. When I contacted customer care, they apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a deal for compensation. I agreed, with the new order being three times the value of the first one.

Unfortunately, they then sent me a product of a different brand and lower capability. After I informed them, they gave no positive response and finally said that their company has a no-refund policy. I feel I have been misled twice. It’s a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to others.
