Terrible service, ordered a jacket money taken from account and ordered confirmed. 4 weeks later no jacked called and was hung up on mid call with no explanation as to where my order was, cancelled my order without telling me no emails nothing. No money refunded yet Avoid !!!!

Awful company. Don’t reply to emails or Phone calls - no sign of my refund for parcel that did not arrive and has been returned to sender a month ago. Avoid buying from this company. I think they are the biggest scammers.

service retour déplorable
J'ai retourné une veste (valeur 270 euros) en suivant scrupuleusement les consignes, depuis début décembre.
N'ayant aucune nouvelle, j'ai contacté le service après vente qui a mis une demi heure à m'embrouiller : ils doivent voir le suivi, puis le transporteur, puis le service remboursement....au final je dois encore attendre un mois sans garantie de remboursement, il m'a même dit que le client est responsables des retours, c'est la première fois que j'entends ça !!!
Je trouve cette méthode malhonnête , le service après vente déplorable, à fuir.

Awful customer service. Sent the wrong size so I asked for a return. They arrange to pick it up but no one turn up. I rang they’re customer service they couldn’t find it even though they sent me an email confirmation. They just kept apologizing. That’s it. I wouldn’t buy from there online website again.

As stated by other people I wish I had read the reviews before buying! I decided to order directly as I didn’t trust other sites selling the coat. Ordered it and have had zero confirmation of order, payment taken immediately of course! I’ve tried phoning and emailed but zero response so far. Emailing watchdog next.

The coat has arrived in time for Christmas!!! Still keeping one star as the phone line is shut and no response from the customer service team I’ve emailed a few times.

I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a jumper on 5th December, it’s not arrived. There is no way of contacting them , phone line has constant message saying closed , if you send email you get a generated one with a questions page on. Awful company , don’t buy anything you won’t get it . Never use it again.
Refund not received
I returned a jacket on 17th November - picked up from my home by Yodel and tracked as delivered on 21st November. I have received no email acknowledgment and no money has been refunded. Phone calls are not answered as there are “no call handlers available” and I have had no response to my emails. These jackets are not cheap (to be fair they’re great quality) and they’re sold in some big-name stores. I assumed that customer service would be fantastic but sadly that has not been the case. Going to have to start an action with my credit card company - AVOID

20 days for refund and still none and ignored
Returned items and was promised a refund. 10 days go by hear nothing. I emailed a couple of times and only received automated email with no response followed up. Mad a call and managed to speak to somebody who said that he had located the return and would action refund asap. 7 x days later, no correspondance. Tried to call, held in a queue for 35 mins before an automated response saying please try again later. I will now be escalating with credit card company and further if citizens advice believe that I should. Very dissappointin

If I could give it a zero star I would , for the money you pay this company is absolutely awful, ordered two items only one arrived after buying in the Black Friday sale . I was promised a replacement coat in a different colour by customer services on the phone as the one I ordered had sold out not a problem at all but then an hour later I get an email to say they won’t be sending a replacement because the sale had finished and they couldn’t sell it for the reduced price I payed but offered 15% off a full priced coat instead this is absolutely unacceptable and terrible customer service . The package said two items enclosed which would have been impossible as the parcel was so small that I knew straight away the coat wasn’t in there ! Avoid at all costs !!
Unnecessary panic!
Purchased from link sent by teenage son who’d selected the Rainforest Winter coat as a Christmas gift. I initially ordered a small by mistake, cancelled it immediately, then reordered the medium. Having agreed to two payments for quite significant sums, I then searched trust pilot for reviews of the company and I’m not going to lie, I panicked!!!
Thankfully, all seems well - can’t vouch for the product as yet as like I said, it’s a Christmas gift, but ordered on 28th November, it arrived today, only one payment has gone through on my credit card and what we’ve received looks exactly like the product on the website.

11/1/24 Update since arrival: Christmas has come and gone, gift has been given and jacket is brilliant, waterproof as promised, warm as promised; very happy son, very relieved mum!

Had 2 orders in 2 weeks and had no problem considering there getting sent from the Czech-Republic to the U.K. both delivered within 11 days from order although Yodel were a bit slow with the delivery updates but thats on Yodel .. great quality but consider going up a size , I went up a size from L to XL in the mens jackets and its a good fit

If I could give no stars I would. Ordering, paying & delivery was fine however my problems started when I tried to initiate a return. After booking 3 different ‘courier pick up’ returns (I live in N. Ireland and drop off to a courier pick up isn’t available) that all failed to show I called their customer services. I ended up calling 3 times, each time I got a different story from the different call handlers. At time of writing I await my 3rd email of instruction telling me how to return my item. I even offered to post it myself at my own expense! It appears they have no dedicated returns department???? A horrendous experience altogether and one that I definitely won’t be repeating and I would urge anyone NOT to use their online service. It’s absolutely horrendous.
