Self service platform
The service they provided is like a self service platform, employer has to fill in all the employment information manage the employees themselves. It took me so many calls to set up my employee on their portal. Any change of employment conditions the employer would have to do it themselves. If you would like self service platform then choose them others, better to avoid.

We have used nannytax for 7 years and they have really been fantastic. Knowledgeable and advised well on all issues over the past 7 years. They are always very responsive to any questions and deal with things very quickly. An excellent service. Have recommended them to many other and would definitely use again if I had to.
