I had pre-order scarlet nexus and went through some of the most tedious and obnoxious issues that you haven't seen from any online storefront in almost 2 decades.
As soon as Scarlet Nexus was meant to unlock the website goes down, I contact support and they tell me "We're working on it" Site goes up finally and there is no reveal code so I can't obtain my purchase. I contact support and they take several days to respond.
The site goes down off and on in the meantime with no reveal code. Support rushes my ticket "we've refunded your order" I didn't want a refund I wanted my preorder and now my account is negative balance on rewards and they want $50 to go back to a neutral balance.
They then send me a message many weeks later with a quick replay "oh you canceled your order we're closing your ticket, leave us feedback on how we did" I click the feedback link and it says "sorry too late"
!!!Avoid Bandai Namco's North America site, it's very archaic and barely functions. Support rushes tickets before you can do anything and ends it just as fast.
If you take a look at their EU site it's the only thing they actually care about.
Avoid Bandai Namco's NA storefront it's shocking it's even still running.!!!

An absolute joke of a company. They don’t care about their servers or player base whatsoever. So much time & money wasted on their bs. How about you treat optc global players like humans instead of cash cows? I swear to god this company is so f’ing wretched. I hope everyone at Bandai loses their job & the company goes bankrupt.

Absolutely amazing support! They helped me unbanning both my Dark Souls Remastered account and my Dark Souls 3 account. Incredibly fast employees as well!

Even though I enjoy Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and Dragon Ball FighterZ, they would have been a lot better and a lot more popular in the hands of another video game company.

This what should have been the ending for little nightmares 2 six should save mono it's not even good that ending was trash so please fix it

Purchased Pac-Man's Pixel Bash stand up video game machine. Within 7 days the screen flashes and goes blank in middle of games. Warranty says must submit in writing and only provides fax number to customer service-no mailing address. Have sent notification 4 times over last 2 weeks with all of my contact information and never receive any response. Feel cheated as manufacturer wont even stand behind there own product.

there's not much to say getting word from them felt nearly impossible, and when i did finally get word they said i was contacting them from some were other then America, and despite using the links they provided to get support from bandao namco America it was still the same story, over a 2 weeks and several hours only getting auto generated messages for a SIMPLE question,

I’ve spent countless hours contacting support for them to send auto generated emails.... I lost $50 and they won’t even read my emails.... never ever playing a bandai game again

Bought a Tamagotchi On! and it's incredibly glitchy, customer service doesn't even reply to emails or the special form you have to submit. Their phone line is a joke. It tells you to submit a form online and press 1 to 'accept' the recording. THIS was during buisness hours.

I would like to have your newest dragon ball game so I can get the experience on it and complete the entire game so I can give my full honest opinion on it. In all honesty dragon ball games have took a fall for the last couple years but from what i've seen so far this new game could make your company better!

This is based off my own experiences, I can definitely say that their customer service doesn't even exist. I made a purchase and was excited to get my product, but only to be upset because they gave me the wrong product. I emailed them letting them know I got the wrong item and they kindly asked me to return it and they will give me the right one. I was totally fine with that, but they sent me the wrong product a SECOND time! At this point, I was just so done with this company. I emailed them again and they told me that they cannot guarantee that I will get the right product. This just tells me that they don't care about their customers. Do customer service right Bandai. Too much trouble to deal with this company.

My lord. Against my better judgement i recently started playing one of their titles. What can i say, right in the childhood memories.

It is a garbage, morally bankrupt gambling simulator. They hide it expertly, naturally, so i did manage to have some fun at start and decided to try a small purchase. Big mistake. They were happy enough taking my money, but the purchase has yet to go through in game (4 days and counting). Contacting their support has been a nightmare, nothing but none-answer emails and condescending delay tactics, in which time I've progressed far enough that its clear how hollow, soulless and pay2win their butchering of a video game is. Steering clear of anything to do with them in the future.

Love the style of the games since i'm a anime fan.
i'm just going to focus on one game then for this review.

I love the game gundam battle operations 2, it has graphics like pubg, but has the mobile suits/mecha in it, from my favorite anime. So far it is very buggy. You are also put against people who been playing for 2 years. Seems not fair and p2w most of the time. I wish they would release a game like this as a paid version with mobile suits you can buy with money so you don't have to get ones you don't want.
Well, look on the better business website since those are trusty reviews.

They still have not improved the gundam battle operations 2 game i love playing. I still have problems like i did at global launch. I thought Battlefield V was the worst game i have played but at the moment i would have to say this game is.

I just hope they make a better gundam game like gunpla anime where you can battle HUGE BOSSES and you can get knocked out of the ring. Don't lose parts if you purchased a pack in store. Have faster turning than GBO2. Have that wonderful free aim that makes me like GBO2. I think this company could do crazy sea battles like one piece.

One of the worst publisher in Dark Souls series the release it with p2p connection and dial up that proofes that the are only in money interessted

Tekken 7 too long to loade, and the computer makes the same trick 6 times in one game.

Der Service ist klasse, allerdings habe ich mal versucht jemanden zu kontaktieren. Ich habe knapp ein halbes Jahr gewartet, bis eine Antwort kam. Das ist schon schwach.
