My package has been returned due to no address. There is no way to contact custom service to request for help

I have ordered from this site many times have never had any problems. this one time I ran out of the diamonds and my picture was not finished they were very helpful in getting me more. I will continue to order from this site.

Wrote in to attempt to find any info on my package. I was contacted back quickly and the issue was resolved also contacted them again so I could find a tracking # quickly I was contacted again with my info. Each time I was met with a kind response which is always nice to see when dealing with any company. Thanks!

I got an email saying it had arrived when it didn't. They looked into it and found it. So glad they did. I love doing diamond art. It's addictive.

I ordered diamond painting and didn’t receive a tracking number. I contacted the company and received a prompt answer. Easy communication, but still waiting for my package. Hopefully, it will arrive soon.

Amazing service. I had not received my parcel. Emailed them and they are shipping me a new parcel. This is the second time I have used them and the service is 5 star.

I have been dealing with this company for at least 2 years & have had no problems whatsoever with them. Their shipping is prompt & their items are good quality. I hate seeing you giving them a bad report as l only purchase my diamond art from 3 different companies & this is one of them

These diamond art paintings are worth ordering. I don't remember how many times I've order from this company but I have been very satisfied with their products. Last orders, I made them and gave them away as gifts. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the diamond painting kits I purchased from MHC.
Loads to choose from on their website - the kits arrive promptly (to Crete) via tracked mail, well packaged & contain all you need to get painting!
Will definitely buy again from this company :)
