Good company to deal with.
My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks.

Excellent customer service by Christine/Laurie at MyTub they kept me informed all the way, my first ceramic set was damaged and they arranged a replacement in days. Would highly recommend this Company and use them again.

First Class Service
Found this company during an internet search for parts for coal effect gas fire, they had everything I required. I ordered and received the goods promptly. My fire now looks like new. I would recommend this company to anyone.
