I needed a replacement bulb for my Epson projector when the original OEM bulb burnt out nearly twice as soon as it should have based on hours of usage. When I ordered I knew this was not OEM, but based on my experience with the Epson version I decided it was worth it to save a hundred dollars. We shall see, but since the first one lasted four years it could be awhile. I'm not sure if there are shipping options, but for free shipping they of course use the slowest ground option. It took less than two weeks.

Russell of MyProjectorLamps is simply the best. I was having projector issues that seemed to be from the lamp and needed one quickly to be ready for the home service technician appointment in my home. The lamp arrived the evening before the appointment, but was somehow not secured in the modular housing. I was very disappointed and prepared for resistance from the seller. Instead, Russell was apologetic and offered to ship a replacement overnight. He did so at his expense and even offered me a significant discount on a backup lamp. I can not recommend Russell and his company more highly if, like me, you value integrity and responsive customer service most of all.

Got a replacement lamp for my BenQ SP890. Been ordering the cheaper $100 lamps. Which last a little under a year. These replacement are $180. They seem a touch brighter out of the box than their cheaper counterparts. About a month into the lamp and has not dimmed yet.

I'm very happy with the way my projector lamp handled my issue. They took care of my situation and I'm very thankful. I would definitely order from them in the future if necessary.

Finally, a good place to buy legitimate projector bulbs. Amazon is full of knockoffs that last 20% as long. Fast shipping, will be back next bulb order.

My lamp on my Epson projector went out so I was tempted to call the guy who put in my media room. After not hearing back from him and not being able to use my media room I looked up how to install a new lamp online. It really wasn't very hard. I had bought from MyProjector before so I went online and ordered an OEM lamp. It arrived two days later and I installed it and surprisingly it worked. The price for the lamp was reasonable and the service exceptional.
