Just want to say a few words about the product and company of Nuface – they are both great. Firstly, their product is outstanding quality. Most of the face machine out there are toys in comparison to theirs. Secondly, they are so professional to do business with. I had some questions and they went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to use the machine. It’s important to me, as I do most of my shopping on line, to have faith in a company. One of the first things I look for is “great customer service”. Those are the companies I buy from. It’s so important and Nuface is THAT kind of company.

After it stopped working I experienced several weeks of delays and issues on their side trying to return within the 60 day window.

-After little over 3 weeks of receiving my Trinity+, my device had a syncing issue that prevented me from using it for several days. I got support and was asked to wait as this was being worked on. I waited several days. It never worked.
-Eleven days later the device had another synching issue. I requested a refund/return again. I was asked to use the digital return request process, however, their system I mixed up my order with another which prevented me from submitting the return by that process. A support person said she would handle the return manually and would I receive a return label in a few days.
-After 3 days, I asked for an update.
-After another 4 days they incorrectly sent me an instructions for a warranty replacement, not a return. They also seemed to have filled out the form for the wrong product. They blamed the confusion on my original order and RMA being requested under a different email which isn’t true.

My product stopped syncing in about 2 months from purchasing. I purchased it via a Sandals Red Lane Spa.
They said they don’t service international claims and that I had to dispute it with the place of purchase. This is contradictory to what I was told by the customer service agent who took the initial claim over the phone. Just Bogus.
Don’t purchase this product, purchase another line instead.

Customer service was lovely and helpful and I received my replacement in a week. Will say, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card and I let Nuface know. My original purchase died after less than 4 months -so disappointing. Sephora where I bought it was NO HELP! Told me to go to the manufacturer. But I live in Canada and the website said they don't assist international customers. However, when I called they were most helpful and kind and attentive and got things moving as I mentioned above. I was sorry to read all these unhappy reviews. If I had seen trustpilot first, I probably would not have bought the product. Not sure if I am or am not seeing improvement. The day you use it, you can see some changes. So good if you are going out for a night on the town. It does concern me that there are so many refurbished devices on the website. They must be the returns. Also the fact you can't add a new battery. I too am concerned about the environment and not able to change a battery is not acceptable. Hoping this new one I received does not bite the biscuit. However, I am thinking based on my recent experience, Nuface may be learning a few things and good on them for refurbishing the products. That helps reduce waste. As this product is expensive, one does assume a better product. So, I charged my new one and gave it a whirl and day one, it is in working order. So far.

Horrible customer service. This company does not back their products. My approx 3 yr old Trinity literally fell apart. The company responded by telling me to buy a refurbished model! I don’t think so.

I purchased a Nuface red light attachment for my NuFace unit online, direct from NuFace. Evidently, my NuFace is an older model and the attachment did not fit. I immediately returned and saw that on August 2nd, they received the attachment in it's original packaging. I received the email from the company saying it was received and to expect credit within 10-14 days. It is September 1st today and still no refund. I did respond to their email that said it was received and would be credited, however, no response. I reached out again last week with still yet, no response. In the meantime, my inbox is bombarded almost daily with marketing/junk emails! I would suggest not purchasing from this company since they do not have a customer service department where you can actually speak with a human!

I bought a nuface device and it is not working. it has been days and they have not gotten back to me or acknowledge my return request and provided a label. I have never experienced a business like this in 2025

RUN and run away fast! I spent $525 plus the extra creams, gels, and boosters. After ONLY 3 years of having this product, the device will not stay on AFTER a full charge. This is a battery issue as over time it degrades.

Of course the warranty is only 2 years. Boo. NuFace does NOT provide batteries nor perform battery replacement services. So off to the landfill it goes. What a shame for me and for the environment!

Oh, when I called NuFace, they offered me a 30% discount on a new Trinity Pro plus. Really?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I PURCHASED THE NUFACE TRINITY, WITH TWO ADDITIONAL ATTACHMENTS.
WHEN YOU SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY, YOU EXPECT QUALITY...AND PRODUCTS THAT WILL LAST.

THEIR WARRANTY IS 2 YEARS.
AFTER THAT, THE ATTACHMENTS START HAVING ISSUES, WHERE THEY DON'T ATTACH TIGHTLY.
THE WRINKLE REDUCER ATTACHMENT CRACKED..... AND WORST OF ALL THE POWER BUTTON STOPPED WORKING

I CALLED AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO WAY TO HAVE THIS DEVICE REPAIRED.
SO YOUR INVESTMENT IS GONE.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
HORRIBLE DEVICE.
HORRIBLE COMPANY.

NOT TO MENTION, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SO EXPENSIVE (EXAMPLE: THE GEL PRIMER THAT YOU NEED TO PUT ON YOUR FACE TO USE THE DEVICE.)

Bought a device for my wife's birthday and paid additional $30 for express shipping to secure a delivery date prior to her celebration. The product arrived almost a week after, and customer service didn't take ownership for the miss, despite multiple tentatives on my end. DO NOT buy with NuFACE if you're expecting to have the bare minimum level of respect to customer.

Very average product! I didn't notice a difference even though I have been using their Trinity product. Money better spent elsewhere for better technology. The Trinity feels very light, like it's not doing much and voila it didn't do much anyway. So I give it a 5/10 therefore the two stars.

The device I bought stopped working after a couple of weeks.
A waste of money as you never get yoyr money back.

Bought and never even got to return their NuFace Mini...then I went down the rabbit hole, after not getting any results that is, that RF is the real tech that WILL ACTUALLY fix wrinkles. Called the local spa and they wanted too much, so started researching again, and finally ended up buying from another brand that was much pricier BUT delivered amazing results. Not going to mention which one to not have this review taken down but sorry, NUFACE ain't it!

I bought the trinity with wrinkle attachment some years ago after a nightmare interaction with CurrentBody where I purchased. The wrinkle attachment arrived cracked. I then went on to use a led mask so never used it. It had been safely stored so thought I'd try again after seeing all their ads online and remembered it. After 2 uses it left a huge ident in my forehead which was not there before use and despite having ipixel laser and micro needling it's still there. Current body are taking zero responsibility and in fact told me to use conductor gel which is incorrect & why would I even use it again? I'm so distraught about this.

I have been using the nuface mini since July. I use it 5 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes and haven't noticed any difference whatsoever,complete waste of my money. The device also switches off randomly,sometimes I can complete a 20 minute programme and other times it switches off every couple of minutes,I contacted Currentbody who I purchased it from and they said it was designed to turn off every 5 minutes?? Load of rubbish! Wished I hadn't bought it,£157 down the drain.

Returned their product over a month ago and they didn't refund me. Spoke with them a few times over the past couple of weeks and both people said that I would be receiving it but never did. Today I will be disputing with my credit card co.

Faulty device

I bought my nu face mini from Look Fantastic, unfortunately they won’t help because they only cover 6months of the warranty. The device is a dud, it doesn’t charge. So I got in touch with the manufacturer and they agreed to send me a replacement last month. But they never sent one, and now they don’t reply to any of my follow up emails. Avoid this company!!

I had a Nuface Mini bought from Cult Beauty at £140 which stopped working after 7 months but had hardly used it. The charge seems to have worn down but lights are still showing and still timing/beeping but no current. Cult Beauty only accept faulty products after after 6 months and Nuface only accept faulty goods from the US. Not worth the money, I will be looking for a new product.

As bad as MyDermaDream but MDD is worse because they ruthlessly steal from hard working consumers. NuFace just simply puts no effort into caring.
