I received an L-Carnitine product with visible crystallization and contacted the company about the issue.
I followed their advice and gently warmed the product, but the crystals did not dissolve. They then asked me to return the product for inspection, which I agreed to.
Since 23 July, I have repeatedly asked for the return instructions and a prepaid return label. I followed up again on 31 July and 10 August, but as of 20 August I still have not received a response or any way to return the product.
I was perfectly willing to return the item and resolve the issue directly, but unfortunately the customer service has simply stopped responding.
Very disappointing experience.

Perfect all round!
Great experience and great store. I’d been looking for Mucuna online from an Irish retailer and the other option I had, was reviewed terrible and likely a scam. This came within 2 working days, was packaged well and they even included some extra samples for free. Will likely order again as they have a great selection of supplements. Strongly recommend!
