This has been the absolute worst experience in dealing with any auto parts store.
I bought a part for $185.00 after Lucas insisted it was the correct part, when I received the part is was not the correct part so I asked for a qr code to return it and was told to keep the part and they will refund the money ...the part is of no help to me and I still want to return it. This is almost 1 year and every time I call they find an excuse to blow me off. I managed to get through last week and the head mechanic told me that Jason the manager has moved to their new store and that Kevin is the new manager .
They finally decided to either block or ignore my calls so I disguise my telephone number today and a very disrespectful woman answered so when I told her my name after asking to speak to Kevin about my refund the woman disrespectfully
hang up on me.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY PARTS NEVER FIT AND THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK..THEY ARE QUITE CROOKED.
IWILL REPORT THEM TO YHE BETER BUISNESS BREAU.
IF YOU HAPPEN TO BUY ANYTHING ((USE A CREDIT CARD NOT A DEBIT CARD ))

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. They send you broken parts then when you send the parts back they give you such a hard time getting a refund. They take half your money for a restocking fee and shipping fee. They say it's their policy. This place is a joke. Don't use them unless you want to lose your money.

One of the worst companies I ever…
One of the worst companies I ever worked with they promised their parts for my car. It didn’t get there for three weeks after they said it would be there. They would not give me a refund. I had to spend extra money on a Rent-A-Car transmission shop and they just said to me good luck stay away from them.

Theft
After travelling 3 hours each way to pick up a part, it was not the advertised part when I got home. After a call to the team at My Auto Parts, I was instructed that I must bring the item back to get a refund and order the desired part and pay for it first so that it was there to pick up. I did this and took the old part back and picked up the new part. I asked for a reciept on return of part brought back and was told I did not need it as the tag was intact and they could trace it from there and the money would be returned in 2 to 3 days.
A week later I contacted them and they said they were on it. 2 weeks later they are now claiming that the part was never returned and they have no knowledge of its return. This is why I wanted a receipt. I am owed nearly $400.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ACTIVELY WORKING TO RIP YOU OFF!!!

I ordered a grill for my BMW 2005 model 330ciand what was sent did not fit by any means - it was way too small despite my order being for -

And now there is no one I can talk to aside from an email address - very poor customer service to my mind as i now have to send this back to get a credit at my expense as there is no retur packaging etc like most online businesses have.

Originally ordered through My Auto Parts in Victoria as the website had nearly all of the parts I required. Received an email that my order was received and would be advised when completed, then another email requiring for the VIN No. I sent that and within approx. 30 mins later another email advising could not supply. I then started searching the net again and found APG in Brendale. I phoned APG and was told to order on-line which I subsequently did and paid by PayPal. I received notification the order was ready for pick up. The site said orders over $199.00 would be delivered free as large items were not covered in that offer. I rang APG as I arranged to pick up the order myself. Then I received an email re identifying payment details I sent as much detail as I could, day,date, time, amount and after the order was finally delivered to the panel I was informed that the wrong headlights had been supplied, so upon more emails being exchanged I travelled to APG and eventually the matter was finalised. I was received quite well at APG and the staff I dealt with were very polite and helpful and I left with the matter sorted. The end result was that the repair quote was submitted and approved within 48 hours. I was not aware that My Auto Parts and APG were the same organisation. AFB.

After signing online, and ordering the part for collection it was a seamless transaction.
When collecting the item it was ready to go on arrival.
Disappointed
I placed an order for a generator on Thursday 1/22. I found another generator and I tried to cancel my order Friday 1/23 am. The customer service rep, ELY, was very rude. She would not cancel the order. She asked me why did I order the part to only cancel the next day. She continued to ask me why I even placed the order. She refused to cancel the shipment. The shipment arrived on Thursday 1/29 and now they are refusing to give me a refund. They are charging me 2 way shipping and restocking fees. The person that we placed the order with, James, gave me an invoice and when I went back to view the invoice on Friday, it stated cancelled on the invoice. The refund and return policy states " if a customer inform within 48 hours after receiving the part......the customer will get a 30 day grace period to return the part and ask for replacement or refund." ELY told me to go to the website and read the return policy there instead of what is printed on the "cancelled" invoice.
