The way the name was printed on the bag pack was not very good and would not withstand washing. We unfortunately had to gift it as we were tight on time, but I had ordered other bags which had the name embroidered on rather than stuck or printed and I found those embroidered of much better quality.

The personalisation on this particular style is flocked, which is applied using a heated press and is designed to be durable when cared for according to the product’s care instructions. We understand that the finish can look and feel different compared with our embroidered designs, which you may have preferred based on your previous purchases.
