I initially ordered a part from here and didn’t receive it, USPS isn’t the most reliable shipper so I cannot for certain say where the error occurred bc between royal mail, usps and sender who knows what exactly happened. There were some communication issues which may have been a cultural misunderstanding I was really frustrated and disappointed and felt like I wasn’t offered any concessions for my missing part. Upon leaving my poor review I was contacted immediately by this company and offered a refund they immediately wanted to make it right. In conclusion it was a huge misunderstanding I think both my self and the person helping me were frustrated which led to the communication issues. Even after the bad review they were kind enough to offer a refund / peace of mind so for that I am extremely grateful, still awaiting the refund to post to my account but given its international and holidays I’m guessing it’s gonna take some time to process, but it does say refunded on the shop app. Overall, I feel much better about the whole thing , feel I did get competent customer service, they stand behind their business and as long as you don’t lose your cool, that they are reliable and trustworthy to work with, if for some reason I don’t get my refund I will re- update my review lol
Paid for expedited shipping through Shop and waited 2 1/2 weeks then they said it was delivered and it wasn’t. Now I can’t get a hold of them.

Hi Douglas, I assume you haven't received our response to your previous email 6 days ago so assumed we have ignored you. We also have a telephone number and WhatsApp number displayed online.
For future customers this review is false, Douglas is in the USA while we are a UK based company so shipping does take a little longer but certainly not the time frame claimed here.

I purchased a radiator cooling fan kit on the eBay shop for my KTM350excf , initially I messaged the company for clarification to see if it would fit my model year , I had a reply with a few minutes and the correct fitment was established, I ordered on Monday afternoon and my order was at my door at lunchtime the following day , fully tracked , absolutely amazing service from start to finish , genuinely my best buying experience on eBay to date, honestly couldn’t recommend this company highly enough, I very seldom leave feedback but I’m so pleased with how I’ve been dealt with felt a glowing review is only right , well done guys , keep doing what your doing
