I have had great help and understanding of the HK Audio equipment I've purchased and been told to ring them if any problems upon and after delivery.
Even told how to pack the speakers in their bags as to not knock the ends in my car.
Richard was very helpful there is no denying, even told me from previous same items other people purchased and assured me i got the better sized speaker system.

I bought a Moog Subsequent 25 for £850, which was already the best deal on the internet. Another store then offered it at £699 because of a warehouse sale and Music Matter refunded me the difference. Incredible, I'm deeply grateful!
I've bought lots of gear from them and i've never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Excellent website, poor delivery.
Really liked the website quick and easy to use and have a wide range of selection.
However delivery for Scotland was terrible, it's a shame that you don't use or have an option for Royal Mail. It end up taking weeks to be delivered.

We have reached out to this customer by email as DPD did attempt delivery on the date promised to the customer and then a subsequent four additional times before being able to finally successfully receive the delivery 7 days later as the customer wasnt at home. We do explain to all customers in our shipping email that someone will need to be in to receive the goods due to the value of the orders that we send.

Great service - items in stock
It was my first visit as they now open on Saturdays and this makes a big difference for me. Service was great and unlike most Eventide sellers they had the H90 in stock. I spent some time looking around the showroom and am already eyeing up my next purchase. Ant and the team were really helpful and enthusiastic about the products and I like how they take the time with everyone to make sure they are getting what they need. Thanks

Excellent customer service. I placed an order but inadvertently specified collection rather than getting the goods delivered. Within 10 minutes of ordering Music Matters rang me to check that I’d meant to do that, correctly assuming I probably wouldn’t undertake 100 mile + round trip to pick up a small part for a mic stand.
