Super fast delivery, good price, arrived safely.
I bought my Denon DJ Prime 4+ dj decks and my main considerations were: if I had a problem, could I rely on the store's customer service, were they a good price, would they arrive quickly, and would they arrive in one piece.
Happy to say Music Matter absolutely knocked it out of the park, my order arrived safely the very next day and the price was good too.

Excellent customer service dealt with the fact we made an error with a purchase and we sent the item back as instructed and then the new item dispatched within days. There was a surcharge for this but they dealt with it seamlessly.

MM Should Be Your First Port Of Call
Hi folks,
The store always give me their undivided attention. Always a prompt service. Hygiene is of the highest order. A hidden gem and always well worth the 90 minute drive north from the Wirral. I have long since blown-out PMT, Manchester, and AC Hamilton, Lea, since my here discovery some 4 years ago!

Purchased a digital piano from them after compared the price and the stock availability with several suppliers. Easy to order online and the most impressed was the very fast next-day delivery. Ordered in the afternoon and it arrived within just 24 hours. Delivery status was notified timely and the arrival was on time too.
The delivery man was friendly and offered help to move the heavy boxes inside my house. The product was perfectly packed.
