As seems to be the case with so many others, I recently ordered The Best No 1 s in the world CD set - only to receive Doris Days Greatest Hits. I have emailed them 3 times without even an acknowledgment. Furthermore, without first receiving their authorisation, they will not refund/replace.
Bitterly disappointed by their failure to respond and as a consequence, they have lost a loyal customer of several years standing!

I ordered the No. One’s CD a couple of weeks ago and have just received a Doris Day CD instead. Exactly the same as other reviewers. I have sent 3 e mails to the contact info. on their ad in the Daily Mail, the third one today, and absolutely no response. There is no other way to contact them. Really appalling and the company is obviously dubious and I will not order from them again and people shouldn’t either. When I have time I will contact the Daily Mail and Trading Standards about this company.

I ordered “ Greatest Number 1 Hits “as advertised in the UK press, was sent Doris Day hits instead which was received a week ago. I have emailed them twice to ask where my correct CD is, and if they want the Doris Day CD sent back which I don't want. No response.
Dreadful customer service.

17/10/25 -rec'd correct CD in post, but no note, etc
20/10/25 - rec'd e-mail apology and request to return the Doris Day CD if we didn't want to keep it.
At least they have corrected the situation, so well done (and I've adjusted my score).

I ordered a CD but I received the wrong one, I have emailed them twice to request the correct CD be sent they haven't replied.
I have since received the correct CD and an email apologing for the mistake so I have changed my review to 5 stars

I ordered a CD a few weeks ago, completely different to the order arrived, I have left many phone messages and emails and have had no response, so disappointed as I ordered a few months ago another CD and that arrived in a few days. Such a shame.

Ordered the 70s Cd in June and paid. Not received. No replies to my emails.
Absolutely dreadful company.

Ordered a Glenn Miller CD for relative on 12/5/25 and despite 3 emails nothing has been sent but I was charged the £8.99 so it looks like the CD has gone missing like Glenn. I left a message on their cust servs no but no one has replied. I would give them a 0/5 if that was possible. Maybe they need shutting down?

I ordered and paid for a book (LiveAid Revisited) in June. The book has not been delivered. Music2you have not answered any of my 12 emails. Total frauds- taken my money and supplied nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered Live Aid book, got a confirmation, then nothing, total silence. Sent multiple mails. No response at all! Have to wait till 30 days have passed then I will contact my bank to get my money back.

Thieves ! Complete rip off
Ordered the live aid book on 17th July, got order confirmation but after a month no book, sent emails……no response. I am now involving trading standards.

UPDATE
A director contacted me over the weekend, apologised for the problem and within a couple of days the book arrived. The book is fantastic and well worth the wait.

ONE WORD WILL SUFFICE..................CRAP!

I ordered the live aid book last week in July on the 1st of August I received a email saying it had been dispatched that day.The book has not arrived,I have sent 2 emails to them but no reply and impossible to contact.DO NOT ORDER FROM MUSIC2YOU.

I ordered the Live Aid Relived book on 17th July and payment was made. On 22nd July I had notification that my order had been dispatched. The book has never arrived. I’ve emailed them several times and they never respond. There is no phone number to call them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Trading Standards are now involved.

Ordered Billy Fury cds on June 27 to be delivered to my friends address for her birthday. Although getting a message saying they had processed and sent the order it never arrived.
I have emailed the company but have not received a response from them.
I will continue emailing them but I doubt that they will reply to me.
I would advise anyone not to do business with this company.

I ordered a cd as a gift on the 15th june. I have sent emails, they don't have a phone number. I still haven't received my order even though I have paid for it. Absolute shambles 😫

hi there i have been writing in re non delivery of a cd ordered on 28 june 2025. despite emails and many telephone messages no one at this co ever made contact. strangely after my last review i got an email on 13 july saying cd had been out of stock but was now being sent to me. just arrived today 17 july. not tried it yet. why oh why doesnt this co keep in touch with clients. i will not be using them again as far too stressful.

I ordered the Live Aid book from this Company and within a few days it arrived.

This was advertised in the Daily Mail weekend magazine.
