Excellent customer service. Following online order, I received phone call from John confirming receipt of the order and explaining delivery procedure. Following delivery I received phone call to ensure everything was in order. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Ordered the wrong size doors & John was on the end of the phone to change them over before delivery with no issues at all, super friendly and efficient I was kept up to date about delivery details.. And my new doors look absolutely lovely!

Brilliant Company with Excellent Doors
The website made ordering a doddle and any questions I had were answered over the phone by a professional and friendly team members. We haven't hung the door yet but the quality is top notch at really competitive price and it looks beautiful. The handles and lock are great quality weighty and well made. Delivery was quick and we were kept informed while waiting. Jackie in particular kept us updated. I would recommend this company to anyone.
