Impossible to get contact with them by phone or e-mail

I've emailed them three times, but they haven't responded. The order notes aren't read. They're impossible to reach by phone. I do get a lot of unsolicited emails asking me to add stars to my website. The products and selection are excellent; you order quality, but they don't have an after-sales manager. I took my weapon to a gunsmith myself; after three weeks, I developed a leak, and he fixed it free of charge as part of FX Sweden's service.

Erreur de livraison et SAV peu réactif

J'ai commandé une carabine calibre 4,5 mm mais on m'a livré une carabine 5,5 mm...
Après 3 mails de réclamation et un avis négatif sur Trustpilot j'ai finalement été contacté par la société qui a fait en sorte de réparer son erreur.

Commande un Pp750

Commande un Pp750, avec 15 boîtes de plombs, un chargeur supplémentaire, commande le dimanche en France, réception le mardi, en toute sécurité avec PayPal. Merci énormément. Bravo à vous.

MUNDILAR SE MOQUE DE SES CLIENTS FIDELES

J'ai acheté 4 Carabines chez Mundilar, 3 en PCP et une autre avec ressort Air ARms TX200, j'ai également acheté 3 lunettes de Tir de la marque HAWKE, 2 Sidewinder 8-32x56 et une autre Vantage 3-9x50, une des Sidewinder est tombée en panne, la LED verte ne fonctionne plus. Ces lunettes de tir sont garanties pendant toute la durée de vie de la lunette de tir.J'ai contacté HAWKE en Angleterre, qui répondus de prendre contact avec MUNDILAR pour activer la garantie. J'ai envoyé 5 mails à MUNDILAR, ils n'ont répondus à aucun de mes mails. Voilà comment MUNDILAR maltraite ses clients fidèles, Un conseil allez acheter ailleurs, MUNDILAR n'a rien à faire des ses clients

Comprei 4 espingardas da Mundilar, 3 em PCP e outra com mola Air ARms TX200, comprei também 3 óculos de tiro da marca HAWKE, 2 Sidewinder 8-32x56 e outro Vantage 3-9x50, um dos Sidewinder falhou, o LED verde já não funciona . Estes óculos de tiro têm garantia durante toda a vida útil dos óculos de tiro. Enviei 5 e-mails para a MUNDILAR, não responderam a nenhum dos meus e-mails. É assim que a MUNDILAR maltrata os seus clientes fiéis.

SAV inexistant !…

6 jours pour expédier une commande, c’est trop long ! Sinon, le SAV est inexistant, ils ne répondent à aucun mail!…Je n’ose imaginer ce qu’il se passerait en cas de problème !!!….

foram super prestáveis a responder e a confirmar o prazo de envio. depois de cancelar a encomenda devolveram o dinheiro em algumas horas.

recomendo super fiável.

Mostly fake BOT reviews on Google

Looks like mostly fake BOT reviews, this dropshipper / "webshop" has no means of contact possible, i wonder why...

check the one star reviews to see the truth.

Can you imagine your expensive gun or scope has some issues. Or your payment was taken but you never received your product. They can not be found or contacted. In that case, go to the other Mundilar store in that same village called Mundilar-Kasa just 200mtr away from Mundilar-Airguns to find them in their other store, this store belongs to the same family, they will try to deny that. Don't believe them. See the car of Mundilar-Kasa infront of Mundilar-Airguns on the picture in Google reviews. Go to Mundilar-Kasa to get your awnsers if you can't find the owners of Mundilar Airguns. or just call and email Mundilar-Kasa until you get your money back.

Unfortunately, if there's any fraud here, it's just your comment, which in no way corresponds to the truth!

As you point out, most of the negative comments are from people who, like you, have never bought anything from our company.

Fortunately, our company puts 100% of its energy into serving the customers who actually buy from our online shop and who will continue to buy from us and be loyal customers.

1. Mundilar Airguns is an online shop, as mentioned on our website, which only sells online and does not offer face-to-face service.
2. All orders placed by our customers are sent quickly by courier directly to the customer's address.
3. We have all products in permanent stock for immediate delivery, and orders are dispatched by our company within 24/48 hours of purchase.
4. The means of contacting our company are those shown on our website, e-mail (loja@mundilar.net) or the contact form on our website, we do not offer telephone contact.
5. We offer support and assistance to all customers, just contact us using the channels mentioned above, and we will respond in an average time of less than 24 hours.
6. When there is a problem with a product, either our company collects it or the customer sends it to us by post, we resolve the problem quickly and send it back. We work directly with all the brands we represent and it's hard to find a better after-sales service.
7. MundilarKasa is a completely separate company that sells other types of products and has nothing to do with this line of business. Whether or not it is owned by a family member is completely irrelevant.
8. Fortunately, we're very honest and friendly and we're sure that wherever we go, we don't leave arrogance but sympathy, which is a really good thing.

If you don't agree with these terms, just don't buy!

Positive comments about our shop are written by real customers who have actually bought something from our online shop and are happy, rather than taking the time to write a negative comment just because we don't offer face-to-face service.
