Clear website and easy to navigate. The honest reviews are really useful when deciding on sizes. The waterproof qualities are definitely superior to other brands and the only ones that genuinely keep the kids dry.

Brilliant choice, great sale, super service and amazing products.
Our Grandaughter, who is almost 4, has had your outdoor wear for most of her life. She loves the snow and will roll in it, make snow angels and sit in it for picnics - never had a cold or wet girl. Amazing clothes. Thank you

Holes in two weeks and refusing refund
Bought size 10 for my little boy. Within 2 weeks they had two huge holes in one boot and one huge hole in the other. Sent images ans asked for a refund. Told to send them back. Two months later they claim they never received them and won't provide a refund. All done by email and not good customer service considering their faulty products. Have had much cheaper boots from mountain warehouse that lasted far better!
