A huge thank you to Patryk and Bolas! 😄 They delivered my chest of drawers today, and I think MSOFA must have sent me their premium delivery team 😂

Thank you M sofas!

Honestly, one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had!

Adam and Pablo were absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. They were extremely punctual, professional, kind and incredibly patient. I unfortunately didn’t hear the doorbell when they arrived, but instead of simply leaving, they waited and genuinely did everything they could to contact me. When I finally opened the door and apologised, they were so understanding, friendly and polite about it.
What impressed me even more was how professional they were throughout the entire delivery. Before bringing the sofa inside, they first assessed the space and worked out the best way to bring it in and position it. Once the sofa was upstairs, they stopped to confirm with me that the colour was correct before assembling anything.
They assembled the entire sofa perfectly in less than 10 minutes! Everything was done incredibly quickly but with so much care and attention.
They also took the time to explain exactly how the sofa bed works, how to access the storage compartments, made sure I was completely happy with everything, and even cleaned and tidied the room before leaving.
Adam and Pablo are honestly a credit to Msofa. Their professionalism, efficiency, patience and genuinely lovely attitude made the whole experience exceptional. You can immediately tell that they take pride in their work and care about giving customers a great experience.
I genuinely cannot praise them enough. If every delivery team worked like Adam and Pablo, furniture deliveries would be an absolute dream!
