Awful. Rude. Stay away
Awful. Must be the place tyre shop all over Midlands. I had some tyres bought from Asda tyres that they were supposed to install Monday between 9AM-1PM according to the email confirmation. Went to the shop around 12.30 just to be told by the guy there that I should have come at 9AM. It was useless to tell him that 9 to 1 was actually anytime in that interval. The guy was adamant that only 9AM was good for him.
Also, he was rude and obviously pissed that I'm wasting his time with my business.
I'm the first one to support local business, but this business don't deserve your money or to be part of Asda's network of fitters. Poor, very poor.

Dear Mr Tatar,
We are sorry that you are disappointed with the level of service you received at our Walsall depot and would like to discuss the matter further as there seems to be some confusion regarding booking times sent to the depot and the 9.00am -1.00pm fitting expectations.
I have checked the CCTV at the depot I can see you arrived at the depot at 12.51pm, unfortunately the depot was busy when you arrived the Manager said they could still do the tyres but it would be later in the afternoon.

Great service
I found Mr Tyre team to be one of the best garages in Walsall, they repaired my Yaris on the same day and gave me one of the best prices. The mechanic who worked very hard to get the parts and fixed my car is a top man.

I noticed I had a puncture whilst at work, I gave Mr Tyre a call and they managed to squeeze me in to get it replaced and also was very helpful in giving me advice about my car, really friendly blokes. 100% recommend these guys
