Quick and friendly service. Service was done within around 10 minutes very efficient.

This is the second time that I have visited my local branch and on both occasions the experience has been good. First off price wise its spot on especially considering the cost of living crisis we all find ourselves in. Staff are courteous with a good sense of humour and I especially liked the chilled out music which I find my foot tapping to without realising. Professional as always as far as I'm concerned this is my choice of tyre replacement destination.

I booked online that morning and ordered the tyres I needed. On arrival, they started straight away and asked if I wanted to get an alignment done, which it did need, no surprise with all the potholes on the roads nowadays. Good, friendly bunch of guys.

Appointment at 9, went in on time, the gents working on the car were quick and careful. Had both rear tyres replaced and had a quick check on the fronts. My overall opinion was excellent and the price was fantastic as well . Thank you to the team at Telford.

I made a last minute tyre fitting appointment for the following morning. I had been advised from my MOT to have 4 new tyres. I took my car to Mr Tyre, they called me about 5 minutes after dropping off and said my front ones would definitely need doing but the rear have life left in them and if it was their car they personally wouldn't have them changed yet which I was pleased about. Not many places would advise this especially to a young lady so I thought it was very professional of them. They were all very polite and chatty. I would definitely go back there once my rear tyres need changing!
