Always a great service at Mr Tyre Rugby. Exhaust inspected and replaced pre-MOT. Booked in online, confirmed by text, very quick and easy service.

Helpful and quick service
Mr Tyre was most competitive for what my car needed. On the day, I explained that one of the tyres I didn't need changing was slowly losing pressure - the fitter found what we suspect to be the issue and resolved it quickly (valve core needed attention).
Wheels otherwise rotated and new tyres on quickly - whole appointment was done in 30 minutes.
Nothing but positive feedback from me. Thanks

Lost my tyres
Unfortunately service wasn't delivered as I was expecting it to be.I was told it takes a half an hour to have 2 tires changed. After half a hour of waiting I've asked how much longer I'll be waiting as I had another appointment to be at.I was told that the tyres which I ordered have been lost.Gentelman behind the desk said that they definitely have been delivered as he hound it on CCTV but they're not in shop.By then I was panicking I'm running late my tyres have been taken off and the Gent behind desk offered me more expensive ones instead I said they should be same price he said that he cannot do it.So I paid for more expensive ones and I'll definitely not going back there ever again. Thanks

Svar från Mr Tyre Ltd - Rugby
Dear Marzena,
We are sorry that your experience didn't meet either of our expectations. It's not quite accurate to say that we lost your tyres but it is true that the supplier didn't deliver the correct tyres, which didn't become apparent until we went to fit them. This is of course disappointing and for that we apologise.
Unfortunately, we didn't have an alternative budget range tyre to fit, with only mid and premium quality products in stock at the time. We did explain this and discounted the mid-quality product as strongly as we were able to. We explained this, and offered to rebook you in at a later date if you wanted to stick with the budget tyres, you chose to go ahead with the discounted mid-quality tyre.
Again, we are sorry that the booking didn't go as intended but I hope the above explanation adds some clarity to the circumstances.
Kind Regards
The Mr Tyre Team
