Nathan diagnosed the alarm on my dashboard lights and within a week replaced a faulty sensor. All for a reasonable price. The main benefit however, was having a trustworthy and expert technician take care of an annoying problem in a competent, efficient and speedy manner.

Exceptional service and quick turnaround!
Had my tyres replaced here recently and couldn't be happier with the service. The team was professional, friendly, and had the job done much faster than expected. The pricing was transparent with no hidden costs, and the car drives noticeably smoother now. Highly recommended!

Excellent service again
Excellent service again. Suspected tracking out and made an appointment for a free check. Engineer presented me with a printout of the results that confirmed my suspicions and adjusted whilst I waited.
Received further printout showing definitive result after adjustment.

Had a surprise flat on my way to work
Had a surprise flat on my way to work, googled tyre places nearby and Mr Tyre came up, so I headed over. Got there for 8, happily waited outside for the 8:30 opening — no complaints there, that’s fair enough.
Then the doors opened and I was told there was “no chance” they’d even look at my car until 1pm at the earliest. Five hours for a single tyre. I turned up ready to hand over my money and they clearly didn’t want my business.
So I went round the corner to Tyre Master. Not even due to open till 9, but they spotted me waiting and opened up early at 8:45. Tyre sorted, pulling away by 9:02 — and it cost me just £60, when my tyres normally set me back around £300.
Didn’t want my business or my money — Tyre Master did, and earned a happy customer in the process. Go there instead.

We are very sorry that we couldn't accommodate you at the time. Unfortunately we had 4 bookings first thing and a fully booked diary for the morning. To be honest, it is unusual that we can't carryout work that arrives on spec, but on this occasion we couldn't.
