The young gent
The young gent, fixing the tire puncture, was incredibly professional, in both checks, work carried out and courtesy. He was obviously passionate about his job, and very able. I see a promotion in his near future!!

I had a wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience. I booked an appointment online for a full service of my car, and the booking process was very straightforward. The service provided was a great value for the price. I also want to emphasise that the team was both very professional and friendly. Whenever they identify any issues, they are transparent and inform you ahead of time before proceeding with any additional work that requires attention. Overall, I highly recommend Mr Tyre on Carlton Road (Nottingham).

Staff member very efficient, helpful and pleasant. Didn’t have an appointment and he checked my tyre, as not holding pressure. Reassured no puncture, took some rust off my alloy as he thought this was the problem. Great service, would recommend.
