Took my car in for a knocking noise…
Took my car in for a knocking noise front nearside, diagnosed with track rod end, £164.95 later so fixed, I collected the car to find out the knocking was still there so returned my car to the garage, they had another look they acknowledged there is a knocking but unable to find the problem so it's booked in again on Thursday so is this going to cost me more for the work that was carried out wasn't the fault in the first place ???? I've just seen and read the reply and apologize for not hearing the manager say that they would look after me on Thursday...Many thanks.

Dear Mrs Wood,
When we checked your vehicle out on our ramp our technician found that the nearside track rod end had excessive movement in it, enough to be a Mot failure and play in a front vertical link bar. These were advised to you that required changing as soon as possible, your invoice also included the readjustment of the front alignment.
Unfortunately, there is still a knocking noise on your vehicle which is being investigated further on Thursday, I would like to mention that our assistant manager did explain this clearly and stressed don't worry about the price, we would look after you.

Love the lads here
Love the lads here. Had two split tyres yesterday am, couldn't fit me in, told to go back at 4. Got there are at 4.10, done by 4.45. No messing round, clear and precise, offers you a range of different tyres, no hard sell.
Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Took a little longer than it usually does
Was booked for 11.30 to have 1 tyre replaced they were very busy took about 40 minutes then saw them park my car up after 10minutes asked them if it was ready , all staff courteous but need to check if people are waiting for their cars

I took my car in for a service and…
I took my car in for a service and expected no problems as my car was less than 3 years old however on collecting it I was presented with a list of ‘problems’ ranging from a pollen filter that needed replacing to spark plugs and tyres!! I can understand needing to replace tyres but it smacked of trying to squeeze more money out of me as my hybrid service only cost me £200!!! After agreeing to having two tyres replaced I then went to collect my car and was told I would need my wheels rebalancing, forgive me if I’m wrong but I always thought the wheels were rebalanced as a matter of course after having new tyres fitted!! I was charged extra for rebalancing!! I won’t be using them again!!

Dear Mrs Moir,
We are disappointed to read your review and would like clarify some of what you have commented on. When we carried out the service as per the recommended manufacturers service schedule on the 7th November 2025 we advised two tyres as they were on 2mm of tread, a pollen filter and brake fluid change as this is recommended as per the Toyota service schedule and the spark plugs as we do not change these as part of the service.
This is certainly not us trying to squeeze more money out of you, it is us advising that you had two tyres that were close to the legal limit and items advised as per your vehicles manufacture service schedule.
You returned a few days later when we replaced the two tyres and also carried out the front wheel alignment, as part of the alignment service we always advise for the customer to return for a free re-check. According to our vehicle history, at no point have we charged you for re-balancing your wheels.
