1st class service as usual. this was for air con re gas. I use Mr Tyre Longton for Everything var related. Always good service.

Had the tyres we wanted on the shelf at the Longton branch - booked online for them to be fitted within an hour. We couldn't find the locking wheel nut socket but the Mr Tyre Tech did thankfully!! All done and dusted and on our way in about 30 mins - fantastic same-day service and keenly priced tyres also. We will return.

Needed my brakes sorting desperately
Needed my brakes sorting desperately. Rang up, booked in for the next morning. Kept me informed, brake pads, disks and 2 new tyres sorted within a few hours. Easy to deal with

They badly scratched my car whilst…
They badly scratched my car whilst replacing 2 front tyres. They apologised and sent me to a local repair shop which they are paying for also the area manager rang and also apologised plus they will pay for a courtesy car whilst mine being repaired . I did put 2 stars but that would not be fair on their service which is really good just the fitter had a bad morning scratching my car so I ended up putting 4 stars

The person at the front desk did a great job. They were very polite, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. You can tell they are hardworking and take their role seriously. Really appreciate the excellent service!

MOT booked online
MOT booked online, no problem with booking in when I arrived. Very pleased with the handover. The mot tester was very helpful with advice afterwards.
