My tyres were fitted in an acceptable time, the staff were polite and the tyres were a reasonable price when compared to other companies prior to booking.

They mended a puncture
They mended a puncture. What else is there to say. Not worth reviewing but they keep emailing "reminding me to review"!!! They did what I paid them to do and, at just under £25, it's not like it was cheap!!!

Don't let these guys take your vehicle…
Don't let these guys take your vehicle for an mot.. My van van was damaged and they failed to fess up and tell me. Sooooo don't let them driveyour vehicle anywhere.. Update.. Was waiting for a update as these guys took my van for an mot, they said they would call m3 back but never did, somewhere along the line my van was damaged.. I don't care who, why or whatever just need someone to fess up.. I now will have zero contact and use elsewhere..

I had 2 new tyres fitted it was a young lad who did it barely out of school uniform I was waiting for ages for it to be done rhen when it was done he decided to tell me the tracking machine was not working and to take the car back 3 days later which is unacceptable as in the meantime the problem could occur again with it not being tracked right away and when he put the wheels back on my car he said it needed to be torque up another chap was watching him and he said he hadn't torque it up correctly I have took my car now to another garage to have my tracking done I am appalled as the service I received from your company and I will not be going to Mr tyre ever again I would like a apology of some sort as it cost me 180 pound at your garage which I also thought was extortionate

Dear Brian,
We are sorry that you are disappointed with your visit. You called our store at 08.32 and your car was booked in the same day at 2pm for a Puncture repair. Unfortunately, it was discovered that both of your front tyres had no tread left. After discussing this with you your car was completed at 3.10. We are sorry that it took a while to complete.
Our technician that you refer to is nineteen years old, a level 2 qualified mechanic and according to our records fitted two tyres for one of your cars on 3rd October 2023. We often QC each other’s vehicles to ensure consistently safe and high-quality work.
We also apologise that our wheel alignment system had stopped working. We were waiting for an engineer to attend, and this work was completed on Saturday two days later. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control. It is very unlikely that the problem could occur again within a couple of days bearing in mind that your tyres had been fitted 18 months ago. The tyres that you had fitted are produced by Hankook tyres and are of significantly better quality than the tyres that you had fitted last time which may explain the price.
We can see from our records that you have visited our store on three occasions, and we are disappointed to hear that you have decided not to return. We sincerely hope that, based on past experiences, you can reconsider this decision. I am certain that if you do you will find that our usual good service has returned.
