Mr Tyre Ltd - Ilkeston Omdömen

Good price, well informed just easy to deal with

Been twice now and the service is brilliant! Dealt with respect and not treated like a fool. Will be returning for a full service.

Picked up a puncture with several jobs to complete.pulled on at Mt.tyre Ltd ilkeston the ropewalk. Robbie the manager was very sympathetic and actioned repair within minutes. His other mechanics,Steve and Lewis were friendly, and as a team they both let Robbie do the repair. He was thorough and went round checking all tyres. He quite quickly finished and did the invoice so I could be on my way. The
cost was reasonable and I was happy to have been served quickly. I would recommend them to everyone and will use again as required. Thanks guys

I recently got a quote from a major branded garage for the replacement of a back exhaust box and a middle exhaust box to the tune of £586.00.however, with my local Mr Tyre branch in Ilkeston Derbyshire, I was quoted only £399. including VAT and brand new fittings (nuts, bolts, gaskets etc.) I was kept informed by a friendly member of their staff, whilst I sat in their very comfortable waiting room , and in just over an hour the job was completed . and my very "boy racer" type , noisy exhaust was silenced and replaced with brand new sections, the staff were very approachable and polite. I will be happy to recommend them to others , and will happily use their services again when needed . thanks guys.

Robbie and The Team at Ilkeston’s Mr Tyre have a great work ethic in ensuring you as the Client are informed every step of the way particularly when dealing with unexpected situations on vehicles.
They really do put the client first, I have been told items were required and on investigation found to be not , this day and age the Client needs to have confidence in the Team they are dealing with instead of being made to pay for items not required.
I would recommend This Company and Team to all known friends and Family to use.

As usual excellent service. I was kept informed of all the problems that cropt up regarding a possible puncture. 5 stars for Robbie and the team 😀

My car required a new part only available on back order or a cheap alternative that may be adapted to fit. Following advice from staff they ordered my part, while it took time to arrive they communicated with me through the whole process and repaired my vehicle promptly! I would recommend Mr Tyre due to their knowledge and good customer service.

My MOT and service in June highlighted that my brake discs and pads would need replacing soon. After my previous garage was unable to complete the work as planned and had quoted quite a high price, I decided to look elsewhere.
The team at Mr Tyre in Ilkeston were able to fit me in the same day and quoted a much more competitive price. They worked quickly and, after a short walk into town, my car was ready to collect.
Really good service from start to finish, friendly and efficient, and I’ll definitely be back.
