I’ve brought my car here for repairs…
I’ve brought my car here for repairs several times, yet not once has the issue been fully resolved in a single visit. This time, I was dealing with a piercing noise whenever I stepped on the brake; I repeatedly asked the staff to confirm that the car had actually been tested and the noise was truly gone. They insisted there were no issues and the noise was gone—but sure enough, it was still there. I had to go back for another check, thinking it would finally be sorted out, but the noise persisted even after I drove away. I was completely baffled that such a simple problem remained unresolved. What kind of "high-tech" work requires repeated repairs for a simple brake noise? Whenever technical issues are involved, they never seem to get it right. Ever since I had a full service done, the car has developed various problems that never get properly fixed. On top of that, there’s an unresolved noise from the steering wheel—an issue left over from a previous visit. Even though these problems are logged in their system, the customer is expected to pay for the repairs all over again. It’s absolutely outrageous and shows a complete lack of responsibility; the technicians here really need to improve their skills. It’s truly disappointing.
