First rate service, as usual! Spotted a large tear in the wall of my tyre just before I was setting off for a motorway journey, I was miles from home, but fortunately only 2 miles from the Coventry branch, one call to Andy confirmed he had the tyre, less than 40 mins later I’m on my way, always use Mr Tyre, always polite professional staff and keen prices, highly recommended.

Full service, wheel alignment and MOT - always trust the staff at Mr Tyre to know what they're doing, give the simple facts, be honest and not try to up sell. Staff are always straightforward and knowledgeable. Been going to them for years and recommend them to others regularly.

Booked for MOT online and then turned the next day the guy on the check in desk had spotted my number plate whilst `i was parking and had notified the workshop of my arrival. The whole process only took 50mins or so (not quite sure as I went and had a coffee up the road). It was a pleasure to deal with Mr Tyre at the Coventry branch and would recommend them to anyone. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The New management team have made a great difference to the customer service experience at this place. I had stoped going because of the poor attitude of the previous manager. However I was informed that things had changed and they certainly have right from the initial phone call enquiry to getting my puncture repaired. We were spending the weekend in Colchester and on the way there we got a puncture. While a couple of other garages weren't very helpful on the phone, Mr Tyre were keen to help and got us in straight away. The tyre was changed quickly at a reasonable price and they were happy to check other wheels for signs of damage.
