Timeliness
I booked my car in for two new front tyres for last Friday. The storm came and Mr Tyre rang me promptly aaking me to rebook due to staff absentees, compressor issues and non-delivery of tyres. Ok, it was rebooked for 10 today.
This morning I rang at 9 to verify that I could drop the car at 10 and collect it at 11 due to a noon time appointment. I was told that it shouldn't be a problem.
I checked the car in at 9:45 again restating my need to have the car back by 11. I then went for a walk around the shops.
Arriving back at 10:45, I was surprised to see my car back where I had parked it on closer inspection, it still needed two new tyres. The fitter saw me, jumped in the car and drove it into the fitting bay...
50 minutes later I was on my way to my noon appointment.
No apology offered, not even a word of explanation.

Svar från Mr Tyre Ltd - Ashton under Lyne
Dear Mr Hanley,
Please accept our apologies as the level of service you received when you visited our Ashton under Lyne depot was not at the level we as a company expect or this depot normally gives.
The undertaking of your tyre replacement at the booked in time should have been completed before your required collection, any delays should have been correctly communicated to you and apologies given.
Hopefully we will give us another opportunity in the future to show this was not the normal service the depot delivers.
kind regards
Ian
