Easy to use website had me ordering two hampers plus a range of other delicious treats, all of which arrived promptly and well packaged. The bonus of an email made it easy to organize my day around the delivery.
The hampers are astonishingly great value and look so classy in their smart red and black livery, and make a wonderful gift.

The large trays of tablet are excellent value for money and are pre cut into generous bitesize pieces. I bought these for an event but am worried they will get eaten before then! Thank you very much for the quality product and excellent service.

But delivery was very slow and when I called Tilly directly for an update no information available and they would phone me back with a progress report.
Three and half hours later still no phone call but delivery company now has delivered the parcel.
I had to phone Tilly's back to inform them of delivery. Although ordering through the web site is easy I would suggest a bit more communication skills to their customers would go a long way

I have had Mrs Tilly`s Tablet bars before but was disappointed when my local Supermarket seemed to stop selling it. Spotted it again in their Christmas Lines with a Web address on the packaging, so went online and purchased some. The Tablet was delivered with in two working days so was pleased with fast service. For people such as myself with a sweet tooth I would not hesitate to recommend their product.

They did share the fudge with family in England so everyone managed to enjoy the taste of Mrs Tilly's my only regret is that we are not able to indulge in Mrs Tilly's yummy fudge here in South Australia

Tablet and fudge are excellent. The only thing was that although the tablet was well packed it was broken in several pieces which didn't matter as it was for my use only

I found this website after reading a comment on a national newspaper. As an exiled Scot the thought of reliving childhood memories with some Tablet was very enticing. The website is simple to use and there aren't too many choices to confuse or give pause - and anyway, I was only here for the tablet! I was a wee bit discomposed when I realised I would have to buy multiples, it's not like going to the sweetie shop and asking for a poke. The order went smoothly and arrived within a very few days. As I had noted the postcode of the retailer I had a slim hope that the tablet would taste similar to one favourite from the 50s and 60s called Straven Toffee. Alas, the tablet was suitably dark and crumbly but lacked the undefinable smoothness that I remembered from childhood. Don't get me wrong, it was nice tablet and I enjoyed it. Trouble is, I now have five other bars that I shouldn't even contemplate eating!

I ordered a box of Mrs Tilly's Tablet on the Friday for my nephew's birthday (he's one of their biggest fans) on the Monday. I knew I would miss the actual day but just hoped it would get there as soon as possible. I was told as soon as my order had been despatched and was able to see quite clearly at every step exactly where it was. It was delivered on Tuesday morning. Great service, brilliant Tablet :)

This is the 3rd order I've made from Mrs Tillys in the past month, for xmas gifts & birthday gift. The hampers are beautifully presented and come with a great selection of fudge. The delivery arrives very quickly, within 2-3 days of the order being made. Will be continuing to use regularly.

The perfect christmas or birthday present.

Hampers arrived in good condition in time for Christmas. Value for money. But i tried to ring the telephone number given on the website on a few occasions or speak to someone on chat, but never got through. Still placed the order and was happy with the service.
