Mr Shifter (Middlesbrough) Removals and Storage Omdömen

Very punctual and very hard working, I moved into a second floor flat, which was not an easy move, it went very well after a lot of hard work from these lads 👍

Although we have used Mr Shifter many times over the years we had a complicated move and we used them twice with a couple of months in between the moves. We couldn’t recommend them enough, nothing too much trouble. And storage was at a very competitive rate. We now should be moving to our new forever home in early July so we will be getting our furniture out of Mr Shifters storage and Ito the new house, I know it will all go without a hitch. Thank you Mr Shifters.

Amazing service from booking to leaving the property. Friendly and professional, happy to take direction but also use own common sense as where to put things. Used 3 times now over the years and highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, the team on the day were great and so helpful, they really went above and beyond for us especially with the housing people messing us around so much! Highly recommend them!

I’ve used Mr Shifter a few times now and every experience has been fantastic. The team are always hardworking, reliable and make the whole moving process completely stress free. They take great care with everything and always go above and beyond to help. There has been no breakages and all my belongings were taken care of. I have a huge headboard which we didn’t think was going to go up the stairs ..but the boys made sure it did ! I wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend Mr Shifter to anyone looking for a professional and friendly removal company. Keep up the great work team!!

Great removal service friendly staff and lads who did the removal nothing was an issue.

Les and Jeff from Mr Shifter removals recently helped us move house. I can not praise them enough. What could have been a stressful day was made easy because of their professionalism, attitude and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked so hard and where so accommodating. I was amazed at how smooth the whole day ran. Their estimated timings were spot on, from arrival, packing the van, traveling to our new home and unpacking and placing furniture. This was only a temporary move before a more long distance move to Scotland. I will definitely be contacting Mr Shifter again and asking for Jeff to move us to Scotland, sadly Les prefers local jobs, but I am sure that the other staff at Mr Shifter are as equally professional. Thank you both, it meant a lot to have such a positive removal experience.

Outstanding company. From enquiry to the move they were great. Communication was excellent throughout. The lads were superb and made Mums move so much easier (Dave, Lee and Sam).
100% recommend Mr Shifter if you’re looking for a removal company.

Brilliant company. Absolutely lovely people. Made our moving day go so smoothly and less stressful. The lads moving us did not stop all day, despite the ridiculous amount of stairs we had they were like machines. Lots of helpful advice and tips from them and so hard working and very careful.
The office contact before and after the move was brilliant, reassured us all was going to schedule and we knew what to expect and when.
Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Not the cheapest but certainly very helpful and flexible. They provided storage at the last minute, and nothing broken or damaged, even though we hadn't wrapped things too well.
Their workers were very hard working, up lots of fights of stairs, despite having a four hour drive both ways.

From the initial booking to the day of the move efficient and polite customer service. The team loaded our furniture with great care and were extremely hard working. Can recommend 100% customer service

Made our move very easy. They turned up as planned and were very efficient. Not only did they move us but put together wardrobes and beds. I would definitely recommend them

Superb removal company, great team of removal men , did a great job at short notice moving from Darlington to Newbottle, Houghton le Spring very professional and well organised.

Went smooth from start to finish I would recommend this company for reasonable cost and service.

I cannot recommend Mr Shifter Removals highly enough. From the initial enquiry through to the completion of our office move, their service was nothing short of exemplary. In addition to transporting our equipment, they also securely stored our items for a period, all of which were returned in perfect condition.

The team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, demonstrating both efficiency and great care in handling our business assets. Punctual, courteous, and well organised, they ensured that what is often a stressful process was instead smooth and entirely manageable.

Every item was treated with respect, I would not hesitate to employ their services again, and I wholeheartedly commend them to anyone seeking a reliable and distinguished removals company.

Came at short notice and did an excellent job with a difficult house move. Nice to find a company that does exactly what they said they would do.

From the moment I spoke to Jim i felt much more reassured that the relocation up North would go well.
His team were great , very patient with me and tho we weren't as organised as I planned to be they were very understanding.
Many thanks, highly recommend Mr.Shifter 👍 👌 😀

Excellent service - very quick, friendly and efficient. Moving day went as smoothly as it could have done thanks to the efforts of the team.

The lads were great. Flexibilty was needed because the people moving out of our new house were running hours late and Mr Shifter worked around this and made it easy for us. Thanks
