DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BRAND.

They added me to a mailing list and started spamming me constant sales emails. I politely pointed out that they had no legal basis for doing this and asked them to stop (I'm an individual not a company and did not opt in). They replied that "we bought your email address so it's okay". I gave them three very warnings asking them to stop each time and politely explaining why they're acting in an unlawful manner. They did acknowledged the emails and carried on. As per other 1 star reviews they clearly have no idea what they are doing and I would not trust them with your reputation.

Mr Digital has been such a fantastic help to me over the last five-plus years, creating three different websites for three of my companies. Their communication is always excellent, they’re quick to make changes, and the website designs are consistently professional and high-quality. I’m really, really happy with the service and will continue to use Mr Digital for all of my marketing needs. Highly recommended!

Mr Digital is kind of like the company intern: Huge enthusiasm, no clue.

We spent 12 months as a client and £25,000 on bills and the additional costs their actions incurred. Here is the verdict:

- Nice People
- Good pitch
- Reasonably priced

But also:

- Disorganised
- Inexperienced, all the way through the ranks
- No management oversight
- No focus on outcomes or quality

The consequence: what was done made our business worse off, not better.

The owner-manager showed himself as unable to grasp the issues. As a result, nothing will or can change for the better. Find another supplier that can deliver.

For context: There were 3 objectives: On-page seo, backlinks, improved server speed. No objectives were delivered, such that the outcome was an improvement, however small, on what was there before.

SEO on-page edits were delivered with layout/semantics/content errors. The backlinks strategy was never implemented, even though the component pieces were put in place & we paid for the hours associated. A new, slower server was delivered with so many errors, it had to be replaced in total by a new agency.

It's a loss of a year, which in business terms is not recoverable. It is a loss of money invested with this agency. And there is damage to the topline until we fix the legacy.
