This has been the most easy pleasant online transaction I have ever experienced and I make a lot of online purchases. The check out process took about 20 seconds. They shipped it extremely fast. I will definitely purchase from them again.

After some difficulty getting the "My Troop" authorization recognized by the Mountains Plus web site -- mostly my fault as a new user -- I was finally able to complete this transaction. The customer service when I called was excellent, and he tried to help as much as possible. Finally, I figured out I had to actually sign up as a member, not just as a guest user!! I have been looking for a reasonable price deal on Crescent Moon snowshoe bags. Mountains Plus had a sale on these bags, and once I had the membership process completed, I purchased the two bags. The actual transaction was smooth and efficient. The bags were great, not seconds or rejects!! Overall, I would recommend this site. They do a great job and will only get better as this site grows. My experience ordering from Mountain Plus was positive with ordering/shipping, I do have a beef with Thule though. The package arrived pretty beat up. Thule 58" cross bars looked used with various dings/scratches. The foot pack also looked used and had scratches with some of the rubber removed. Items appeared new in box. It's a roof rack and it's gonna get beat up but I was disappointed.

I ordered a GoPro Hero 4 but when I received it and it did not work properly. After contacting GoPro and Mountains Plus Outdoors, it was determined that the camera was faulty. I needed it quickly for an upcoming trip. of course, the faulty camera was not Mountains Plus Outdoors fault, but Colby did everything he could to make sure I had it by the time I was supposed to be leaving. Great customer service! Thank you!

Easy to order with plenty of great pitcutres and descriptions. Product was shipped within two days and arrived a few days later in perfect condition.

I recently ordered a Thule bike rack from Mountains Plus. It arrived in terrible condition (damaged during shipping) and Mountains Plus made it right for me. This item was dropped shipped by a third party so the damage was not due to anything on MP's end, but they quickly stepped in and made it right for me. I appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that they initiated contact with me, rather than me having to chase them down. I'll gladly do business with MP in the future and recommend them as an outdoor gear retailer whom you can trust.

Purchased a Kurt Kinetic rock and roll bike trainer on the Friday prior to Christmas to be shipped ground. MP shipped 2nd day delivery at no extra charge to guarantee arrival by Christmas at no extra charge.

I called directly as I had some peculiarities in what I wanted. They were very friendly and fully met my special request. My product arrived promptly on the second day.

Only a vague hint it the title line gives any indication of the actual quantity of the product for sale. (OVAEASY WHOLE EGG CRYSTALS-5) How ever the picture is very specific. The picture of a 4.5 oz package but when you get it it is only 2oz. I promise I will never buy another item from You clowns. Very miss leading if not out right lying.... To many other places to spend my money................ Rick

Submitted my order and received confirmation of purchase, didn't get any other notifications. After 2 days I checked my order online and say it was still in pending status. Best price I found anywhere on the internet. Ordered on Sunday and received it on Thursday... This was using their standard free shipping.

I have had trouble with this company placing adds and sales adds that are out of stock. Also I was almost ready to order a sleeping bag with a free bag pad as part of the sale. I put it in the shopping cart and when I went to check on to purchase the free pad was removed from the add. Something kinda strange about these people.
