The manager in the Didcot store is very unhelpful. The other staff are friendly.

I used Motor Spares Direct, Guildford, for the first time today and I'm still punching the air and doing stupid little dances!
I have worked in the motor trade for 40 years and my original parts account was taken over, no factually, the entire motor factor supply chain was monopolized by "euro car parts", spit! Because I was not with a current business they took it upon themselves to remove my discount, since I have been to depressed to phone for parts prices and avoid my tool boxes.
However, today I found a ray of light in the gloom, Motor Parts Direct, oh it makes me smile. I spoke to Andy at mpd, he found the exact part I was looking for, mpd's price was by far the most competitive and the service was impeccable. I was expecting the part on Thursday and it turned up today (Wednesday) and I was promptly telephoned, I felt like a customer again!
I feel that euro car parts were the virus and now we have a vaccine, or realistically a company that likes customers no matter how new, how very refreshing. All I can say is well done MPD, may your success continue, you deserve it on today alone. euro car parts you can kiss my horse and donkey crossbreed, and I wish you many punctures!

First time customer. Dealt with the Corby branch today for a new set of number plates. Fantastic customer service with the kowledge and experience to back it up! Will definitely be using these guys again.

I went into the Newton Abbot branch and the sales assistant (manager?) could not have been more helpful. He cross referenced a part for me and even though he had limited information, the equivalent part was in stock so I was able to purchase it there and then!

I walked into the Folkestone branch and both women on the counter didnt even acknowledge me. Both too busy eating Chips on the counter. (They were not serving other customers at the time or on the phone).
I called another woman from a desk behind, Lisa? who quoted "They are hungry, what do you expect".
A younger warehouse operative finished my sale. - It will be my last!

Steven Marcus who works at the Thetford branch of MPD, sold me a moped outside of the shop for £800, less than 24 hours after purchase the bike is completely shutting down, won't start, cuts out mid ride. Loads of fundamental issues which I'm certain he was aware of but hasn't told me. Upon messaging politely asking for help with these issues at the least. He proceeds to block me, instead of be a decent person and help me as he sold me the dump! I will not give up until I get help of some sort as I saved up a lot of my money to be able to get this and he knows full well what he's done!

What has happened to their business. This place used to have friendly experienced staff ready to help. Now noone answer phones I went into counter noone was even at a desk for a few mins. All I get is we don't do them when I have bought them in past. Wont be coming back im done with this place.

I use MPD's Ellough branch and have done so for the last fifteen years.
A simple order to add to the many and varied I have had from this depot;
I needed some windscreen wipers for my wife's car as the old ones were squeaking and not clearing the windscreen.
I called and ordered new items and asked for delivery to my yard.
They are in stock and arrive promptly. I fit.
Another task completed without fuss.

Absolutely gutted to find out Tina is leaving Dewsbury branch. She’s always been an absolute superstar whilst we have dealt with mpd. Gutted she is leaving she is always bubbly and answers phone before I ring lol! She will be sorely missed you are loosing a brilliant staff member! Hope you can find someone as brilliant as Tina to fill her place or we may have to move our custom to GSF

where do i start...
one of the van drivers old Ish guy cant drive for the life of himself decides it's a good idea to cut me off then out his window proceed to call me names wa***r and give me an absolute mouth full of abuse then drives off still giving me some real nice hand gestures.
i reported him to the branch manager so lets see if he still aloud out on the road with them great customer skills of his.

Not necessarily the cheapest but I'm never let down on service which costs me more as a garage, so I'll take it.

Easy click and collect. Staff at branch were friendly. More knowledgeable than halfords.

called them at 11.45 to check a part number, they told me they have it in stock, they closed at 12.30 so a mad 8mile drive through the busy Saturdays roads and retail parks, only to find they didn't have it in stock...they didn't even apologise!!!

Bought a steering rack in January got it fitted to find it was faulty, so returned it and got told we need to wait 4-6 weeks to get our money back. Time passed and still no money and the staff was very rude. After the 3rd letter i sent them if it wasn’t payed back I was taking them to court as it took 4 months to get our money back. These people are toxic avoid at all costs
