Moving Up Garage Door Company Omdömen

The keypad was delivered as ordered. Excellent experience with retailer. Keypad was easy to install and works great!

magnets are very weak for neodymium. Almost daily I have to readjust my magnetic garage door handles. there is absolutely no effort, either, to remove them. very disappointed. They will be coming down. 4

I got the garage door seals. Excellent product & easy to install. Far superior to anything available at the local big-box stores.

you guys where great, got it when you said I would, and part works great.👍

Great service! All businesses should operate like this.

A product that I ordered did not come in a timely manner. I called the company and found out that it was on back order. I wish I would have been informed that it was not available at the time of ordering. The salesperson did a great job of suggested another product and I received it in very quickly. The remote garage door keypad is working great.

They had the part I needed and it arrived ahead of schedule. Good job!

Excellent customer service! Very helpful and happy to help find what you need at a great price. Fast shipping and delivery. All around great job! Would recommend this company to anyone needing parts for their garage doors.

Order came fast and was just as described at a reasonable rate

BEWARE... I'm not sure if this company just has bad organization or if they are crooks.... I ordered garage springs from them and received an email saying that my order had been shipped. I few days later I discovered a voice message saying they did not have spring size that I ordered and they would not be shipping until I contacted them. At this point, I was annoyed because the email lead me to believe that my order should have arrived, so I called to cancel the order since it hadn't been shipped yet. The guy on the phone confirmed the cancellation and said I would receive a refund. After multiple emails, I am having to escalate the process through paypal. Hopefully they can help me get my money back.

I was very impressed by your person handling my problem with a memory
disk which was found with a problem by Apple technicians.

I wish all individuals who worked with such tasks were are professional and
helpful as he was.

I purchased the incorrect remote gate opener online. I called Moving Up and they quickly assisted me in getting the proper opener and refunded my money on my original purpose. But the best part of the exchange was the friendly voice I heard on the line who recollected his history in my home state and shared his fond memory with me.

Your knowledge help me order parts I would not have normally.
My door now is quiet and operates like new.

Product arrived sooner than expected and was exactly what I needed. Would definitely buy from them again.
