I've used 2 tubes of this and it's not helped in anyway. Foe the price of it expected at least some help with my gums. Very expensive for a small tube. Therfore i wouldn't recommend

Sent me a nearly expired product

Two areas I've been unhappy with the service of this shop. First, delivery took a whole week from the date of despatch.

Second, they sent me a mouthwash which is due to expire at the end of next month. Now, this is a mouthwash that is not meant for regular use, so there is no way I can use it all up in 30 days. And after all, it says on the bottle not to use after expiry. I have tried contacting the company for a replacement but have not heard anything back.

Very disappointed!

EDIT: I contacted them 17 working days ago for a refund which they agreed to, but I have still not received my money.

FINAL EDIT: After 37 days in total of waiting and emailing for my refund I decided to ring them up to tell them I would be making a formal complaint. A man named Adam was very helpful and polite and refunded me immediately. So moral of the story is, if you have a problem, don't even bother emailing 'Dave', go straight to asking for Adam on the phone. A lot of faff for such a small amount of money, but it's the principle of it. Something which took Adam all of 5 minutes Dave could not complete in over a month.

Exactly what it says on the tin...

These do exactly what they say they do and have been invaluable for my dry mouth at night whilst recovering from radiotherapy. Even better that they come in flavourless as most products of this nature only come in mint which I do not like.

Excellent service and delivery…

Excellent service and delivery especially under the current Covid-19 pandemic. Product cost slightly more than local shop (now having difficulty procuring item) but by buying larger quantity managed to get free delivery. Overall excellent service especially delivering to the Highlands.

Pay for first class postage makes no difference 3/4 days after ordering still no goods. My bills still arrive on time. They try to blame corona virus but my postman calls every day
