Still waiting!!!!
I did write a good review at first because Adam was so helpful and I’m sad I have had to change it to a 1 star as one of the bikes is faulty needs I contacted Adam on the 2/11/22, he stated he would send out a new wheel which I still have not received and now he is just ignoring any emails or messages that I send him!!

Hi Adam, Just received the go-kart! Absolutely brilliant! I wish that I was a kid again! Thank you and your team for all their hard work and putting up with my correspondence! What a very well made and strong vehicle it is! All that’s left to do now is to get my grandchildren over and get them on it! (before I start on the laxative’s and try to loose weight and get on it myself!) Thank you all ever so much!

Unfortunately I never received my item as they sold out quicker than the website could update. The company has been great tho ,refunded straight away and even went as far as trying to source one from another company aswell as offering a discount on a future purchase. Cant realy ask for anything more.

Hi Marek, we’re sorry to hear about your review. After looking into this further it appears this order was flagged as a high risk via our partners fraud protection due to the following reasons:
•Billing address not matching the delivery address.
•The order was placed in Spain with the delivery address referenced within the UK
I’m aware the team have since been in contact with yourself regarding this issue and have refunded the full amount to the card holder.

The second bike I have purchased the rfx190 xl freeride, The first being the rfz110 semi auto. Good quality affordable bikes , after riding expensive mx bike for years and now given them up I’m gonna give this full size pit bike a trail. Very helpful staff on the other end of email!

Great experience
My experience with MotoX1 Motocross ATV was faultless. Adam was extremely helpful, I had a query and he responded very quickly and went out of his way to help. He contacted me next day like he said he would to make sure the issue was resolved, which it was. The item is also great and as described. I would most definitely recommend in all cases and would buy from them again.
