I have given four stars as the work wasn't covered under my warranty, and having to pay £70 for a diagnostics was abit over priced, even though this is the garages standard price so wasnt technically there fault.
They kept me up to date with everything which was really good, just didn't like giving card details before work was carried out.
They got me a small discount £3 something (but saving) and I could of got the work done at my usual garage for cheaper but thought as it was already there to have it done and had to pay for the diagnostics anyway. Would properly search if it was covered under my warranty so I didn't have to pay the expensive diagnostic charge.

So far i am very happy with the service but it is early days as i have only had the policy a month!.

Used MOT Angel for the first time today including the pick up and delivery service, and I cannot fault them. The customer service is absolutely first class, calling me before, during and after the MOT to confirm everything was in order. Even when there was a little problem (the garage had not given me the MOT certificate), they contacted the garage and I had the certificate in my possession within half an hour. I will certainly not hesitate to use them again.

From diagnosis to repair then through to picking up the car my entire experience was handled politely, professionally and, best of all free as it was covered by my warranty.

As someone with very little car knowledge, I often find garages intimidating. It was great to find a company that could liaise directly with the garage and take the hassle/stress out of a car Service and MOT. They explained everything clearly to me in a non patronising manner which was very much appreciated. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, I couldn't recommend MOT Angel more.

Absolutely a first class service, it was seamless and I was kept informed all of the way,simply brilliant.

I bought a second hand car from a dealer that came with a warranty provided by MOT Angel. After just 6 weeks the clutch failed, after contacting MOT Angel I was told i could get my local garage to recover it and take a look. The garage then gave me a quote which i submitted to Warranty Angel, firstly I was told that no money would be refunded as the work had been carried out. I then explained that this wasnt the case and this was a quote (more days of dragging it out), they then came back with a derisory offer of £192 towards a bill of £950. Apparently if i'd read the small print, they will only pay for HALF the labour and parts and you also need to contribute £50 towards each failed part. The quote from the garage was to replace the complete clutch and I understand that the warranty company will only pay for failed parts. In the end I have just seen £151 appear in my bank account (the final clutch bill was £1052), there is no explanation as to why its now even less than their first offer, I can't be bothered to even call them anymore, I will just get told its all in the small print and fobbed off with some excuse, I'll leave you to decide if you think £151 towards a repair bill of £1052 constitutes a warranty repair.
I will certainly not be buying any car from any dealer that uses MOT Angel as its warranty in the future.

Dames was helpful, clear and to the point. Kept me updating didn't have to deal with a Garage fighting issues and costs. It would of been perfect if you covered advisories on MOT or even gave some sort of discount if work is to be carried out.

I bought a car warrentry for 1 year when I buy my car from garage.They told me warrenty cover everything.After few days I noticed a engine problem.Car keep stalling while driving.I called mot angel and they made an appoinment for me to a local garage for diagnosis.They charged me £72 only for diagnosis.I was told my car got some problem warrenty doesnt cover.Some guy from mot angel called me to say i have to pay nearly £800 to fix the car.I couldnt afford to pay £800 so they gave my car back.I spend £72 for nothing.

After that I took my car to a local garage and fixed it.They only charged me £50.My car is running well since then.

I regret spending so much money for buying this type of warrenty.

I cannot thank MOT Angel/Motoreasy enough for the hassle free service I've was provided with recently on my Jeep's first service. They were not only loads cheaper but I didn't have to do anything at all. The garage collected my car and delivered it back to me when it was all done. I needed new tyres but Stephen (from Motoreasy) called me to go through all my options from a neutral stance and had researched the best possible price for the tyres my car needed. He conveyed this back to the garage (who I didn't even need to speak to, which was a bonus). Dane also called me throughout the day with important updates so I knew what was going on. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you, I will be back for my service next year.

MOT Angel, handled my warranty repair from start to finish.

They provided updates throughout the process and took the hassle out of chasing up the garage and dealing with the warranty claim.

All i had to do was drop off and pick up the car.

All i can say is absolutely brilliant service. Cannot fault them, Ian was excellent.
