First class service - would highly recommend!
My husband and I have been on a 5 year on-and-off journey looking for our first property, and Mortgage Medics have been there all the way through; Will was always happy to help us with affordability checks and Decision In Principle documents on our many spring forays into the property market since Covid.
We can't recommend their services highly enough; from explaining the ins and outs of the various mortgage options, to assessing fully our needs for insurance products; they have been crucial in helping us finally purchase our first home. I have always used Mortgage Medics and…
I have always used Mortgage Medics and this time needed to remortgage to sort my somewhat frail finances !! Gemma Green was an absolute star throughout. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable around what could be achieved, ultra efficient and incredibly quick at all stages whilst always keeping me informed. She has a real hands on approach and I have nothing but admiration for the way she conducts herself. I couldn’t recommend her more highly and am very grateful to her.

Choose Gemma Green without a doubt.
I genuinely can't recommend Gemma Green enough.
She guided me closely through the purchase of my first property and was always there to help. She even replied to my WhatsApp messages over the weekend, even when I asked her to ignore them until her working hours! She truly went the extra mile, and I’m extremely grateful for her support throughout the whole process.
P.s. Her assistant Toby was great too!

Patient and knowledgable advice
Mid 2024 my husband and I found our dream home and needed to look for a new mortgage. We actually contacted two other advisors before Mortgage Medics, those advisors who do not charge you a fee for their services, but it just didn't feel right and that we were getting the best advice.
A friend recommended Gareth from Mortgage Medics and we set up a meeting with him. The rest is history, we are happily living in our new home!
Gareth is very knowledgeable, provides a personalised service, he is very flexible (he always has time to give advice) and he is very patient! Buying a home and having a mortgage is life's biggest, most stressful decision, I would much rather pay a small fee and put my future in the hands of someone like Gareth whom I trust fully.
We highly recommend him and Mortgage Medics and will be back in time when we need to remortgage.

We were referred to Mortgage Medics by a friend and had the pleasure of working with William. From the start, William was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive - even as my circumstances changed and I had to put things on hold for a while. He remained patient and adaptable throughout, always ready to offer advice and recommend mortgage options that suited my new situation. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the process much less stressful.
Andrea was also great, helping clarify documentation requirements and guiding us through the process with our lender.

Superb from start to finish
After being misled by a major high street lender we thought our dream home was slipping away from our reach until we got in contact with Mortgage Medics. We dealt with Gemma and Toby and they have been superb from start to finish. They managed to find us a suitable lender very quickly so we didn't miss out on the property we wanted. We can't recommend them highly enough, worth every penny!
