I purchased Morphymail expecting a reliable product and proper support. At first, everything looked fine but that didn’t last long.

About a month in, I started getting a syntax error that made the software unusable. I reached out to support twice and got completely ignored. No response, no guidance, nothing. I had to dig around myself and eventually find a workaround just to keep things running.

Then it got worse.

Not all of the promised features/products were delivered after purchase. It was only after I pushed back and threatened action that they finally gave me what I had already paid for. That alone says a lot about how they operate.

And the final straw. Email verifier stopped was having issues and stopped working. When they looked into it, it turns out the Verify button has stopped working. Instead of fixing their own broken software, they told me I needed to pay extra for them to fix it.

Let that sink in. Pay more… to fix something that should have worked in the first place.

This experience has been frustrating, time consuming, and honestly disappointing. Lack of support, incomplete delivery, and charging customers to fix their own issues is not acceptable.

If you’re considering buying this, think twice. There are better, more reliable options out there with actual support behind them.

This email service provider is a scammer! Be alert. Their system doesn't work at all. They will make you spend more money after you pay for their service. There are many hidden expenses. Also, their system doesn't send emails inbox at all. All goes to spam box. If you ask them for support, they won't help you at all. Choose other companies, or you will lose your money.

At first I was sceptical that Morphy Mail could deliver. So I asked a lot of questions as I have an online business and only use products guaranteed to make me look good. The support guys answered each one truthfully and although we sometimes misunderstood each others' English, they always backed up their answers with links that answered the questions. I decided to buy the product as it was reasonably priced.

Once the team began to use it we had support questions as I was travelling so the use of the product was sporadic. However again, even with the time difference they responded within a reasonable time and by the time we took the training, we were already ahead.

There are a number of useful tools such as verification and macros and now that our data input team has gotten the hang of it...we are speeding along.

The templates offered are great and create simple-to-read emails and I love the logs as you can resend to those that didn't open them and gives our clients the top 10 geographically placed open emails. I have now started selling more options to create leads for clients. Ie we offer clients leads by sending them the top 20 that opened their mails. What an opportunity it opened for us. And we have found the databases supplied very useful.

Would I recommend Morph Mail - Absolutely. And anyone would tell you I'm a very difficult client as I ask a lot of questions.

Definitely the best cold email marketing software on the market today. What makes it better than the rest is the support that is given when you purchase the software. This is the ONLY email software you should have right now, anything else would be an insult.

Morphymail cold email suite is a great product for cold outreach. Although some of my emails went to spam folder after 2 weeks of usage, inbox delivery was regained as a result of warmup. It is a good product worth investing. I closed $730 in sales

Three months after purchase of the "Pro" plan and still no working email server. Lots of info left out of their marketing. Never kept a video appointment, took days to answer Whatsapp messages. I eventually just gave up because there was no service. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.
