ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative.
Desideriamo tuttavia precisare che la richiesta di cambio non è stata accettata poiché, al momento della restituzione, le calzature presentavano segni di utilizzo e le suole risultavano rovinate a seguito della prova. Tali condizioni non ci consentivano di considerare il prodotto integro e nuovamente vendibile.
Come previsto dalla nostra policy, per poter procedere con un cambio, i prodotti devono essere restituiti nelle medesime condizioni originali in cui sono stati ricevuti, senza segni di utilizzo o danneggiamenti.
